Awful. Zero sense of urgency when it comes to guest relations. 1 manager on a Monday night with a 1 hour wait time is crazy! Not a single employee shows compassion when it comes to wait times and a guest first mentality. The bartenders argue with you when you give them your opinion on how bad their drink making is, The food is good but not worth an hour wait time on Monday nights. Believe it or not, this is my first time eating at Flanigan's throughout my almost 4 years of living in Florida now. Pub vibes in general are definitely not my jam and I wouldn't go here of my own accord. I went with a group of friends after work for happy hour. Had the IPA beer on tap as well as chicken wings. The wings, sadly, were not what I had been imagining and hoping for.They just were kind of meh and lacking in flavor and wow factor. Now, the french fries, those were very good. My friend ordered them and I tried them, and wow, perfect pairing with the IPA. Seemed kind of overpriced to pay $7 for a basket of french fries though. Chicken wings were also overpriced in my opinion. Around 12 dollars after tax for 5 mediocre wings. Service was ok. I would come back here again if I were to crave pub food lol read more

Andy's a great manager, but when he's not at the Restaurant it is sloppy, messy and people skipping the line because a server (Laz) thought it would be ok to cut people waiting to be seated. Alex the young lady hostess was not at fault here. I've been a patron of this establishment for over thirty years and it is very disappointing to see this my favorite drink hole become the way it has. This place is a hit or miss on both service and food. Weekend have long waits but late nights (after midnight it's a pretty good chill ambiance. Overall not a bad place to dine at times when most places are closed. Also, drink prices are pretty reasonable. read more

Always enjoy the Hialeah Flanny's, service was great as usual, and Nat really took care of us. The food is consistently good, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. That said, they've definitely changed the BBQ sauce. We even own a bottle of the original at home, and this new one is just not the same. We even switched out the bottles on the tables, but that version tasted different too. Consistency and the taste is off, bring back the old recipe. read more

The waiter Stephenie was so bad. She kept messing our order up. We asked for fries and she gave us a baked potato. She look so lost she had to get the manager to take something out of our check and then we asked for a receipt and she gave us the wrong receipt. This was my first Flanigan's experience and I was not disappointed. The ribs were very good. The service definitely needs work. My water was not refilled once. We waited 20 minutes for my friends beer. We never got the little wipes to clean your hands that you typically get when you order saucy ribs. Dessert was good, not crazy. The coleslaw tasted like cat piss. Overall it's worth trying and I would come back for the ribs. read more

Good for lunch gets busy but always pretty quick. Lunch specials are worth it at $6.99 or Joe's meal deal if it's Sunday-Thursday. Music is playing and you can add your own to the queue. Very nice for a lunch date. Also a local spot. read more

It was my boyfriends birthday and we decided to surprise him with dinner with his family told the waitress it was 12 of us and the said table is ready we get there and there is only 9 chairs and remind you the tables only fit the 9 chairs then I tell her I'm missing chairs she proceeds to slam them and give me attitude. The table next to us says if you want we don't mind moving to a booth so you can have the table and chairs so I asked she said no because we have other people that have waited longer I told her okay.... The server comes basically tells us "eat light and you'll be fine" because there is no space... we got up and left. This was our second time dining here the first time server wasn't so great and ribs were not up to par so we decided to give another try since visiting my daughter at college in the area we could watch the game also just order something different,, last time my girl had the fish tacos they were awesome so I thought I'd give it a try this time thumbs down second time around , my daughters pasta was really cold but chicken on top was hot and my man whole burger plate was cold and my fries were cold ,, I was hungry and my tacos were not so cold I began to eat them realizing these are not the right ingredients and seems to be the wrong fish in my tacos!!!! Look like the dolfin fingers which is a big NO!!! For me because I don't eat fish that has no scales maybe a new cook was cooking this night ,,, upsetting because this is the environment we look for when wanting to have a bite and watch the game like we do when we're in the Fort Lauderdale area I will still go to Flanigan's for the lunch wings but sometimes you wanna try something else, the manager did stop by but only took off the burger that my man didn't want recooked,,, the pasta and fries came back hot and my daughter had a complimentary dessert , Flanagans is usually my go to spot but I'll think I'll pass on this location. read more

Terrible Experience - Completely Unacceptable This was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had. My wife arrived first and asked for a table for three. Shockingly, she was not asked for her name or phone number to be placed on the waitlist. Realizing the mistake, she followed up and was then added to a supposed 45-minute waitlist. However, people who arrived after us were seated before us. When we inquired, we were told she had been removed from the list for not responding to a text message she never received. We asked to speak with a manager (Manny), who not only failed to help but raised his voice and spoke to us disrespectfully. When I responded in a similar tone, he told us to leave the restaurant. We then requested a different manager, who came over and presented a completely twisted version of what had happened. Eventually, we were seated -- but after waiting over 30 minutes, our food never even arrived. This experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Unprofessional staff, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. We will not be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before visiting. I am giving one star because there is no way to not select a star. But is ZERO by far. read more

Went there for a fish sandwich what I got is a cold piece of fish on a cold bun with one small piece of lettuce and tomato . It was 90% of what was on the plate. The french fries were cold and soggy. They were probably cooked before I even got there. Asked to see the manager I was told he was too busy so my option was to pay the price eat the food and go get sick so I left the food and left. Flanigans is the constant staple I always go to when I make it down south. Their lunch specials are perfect and the fish dip is better than anywhere else. This location is right on the edge of Hialeah and Miami lakes, easy to find parking and definitely good service! read more

So if you're on a budget, this is your place. The wings we got were tasty, being crispy and large in size; they even gave us all drums as requested. The ribs were fall off the bone, though the sauce is a bit too sweet. Coleslaw tasted sour, even though the menu says they make it fresh every day (yeah right). Warning: Do NOT go to Flanigan's if you or someone from your group is not from Florida! Went this past night to celebrate with my partner, have drinks & food. We ordered drinks, & they accepted my ID but took my partner's to management. Apparently, they ONLY accept FL ID's for selling alcoholic beverages, absolutely unheard of! I spoke to the manager, who apathetically said it was "company policy." We even showed her passport in addition to her Canadian ID. Insane... What terrible service! I asked for a clam chowder soup and it was ice cold. I had already put the póster crackers in there. I asked the lady to kindly give me a fresh one (if they had it) she brings me back THE SAME soup with the póster crackers in there all mushy from the microwave. I couldn't believe it. The lady that was cleaning the table put her hand in my chest and said "you can't take this one, you have a caddy on your table" I said, "mam, there is nothing there" she literally walked away from me and it said a word.
