Aaron is easy to contact and meet with. He tells you when he or his crew will be at your house to do the job and they are there. I can tell you that is not the case for many other Louisville companies. I do not have Four Seasons take care of all our lawn care needs (my husband still likes to cut the grass), but even though I use them on an as need basis, for garden and sprinkler work, I still am treated like a valued customer. I recommend them, for one time services and regular long-term service. Many of my friends and neighbors use them, as does our HOA. Their lawns and gardens and our neighborhood looks great! Aaron will give you ideas and alternatives and works with you, on your budget, needs and wants. The results are always better than expected and he and his crew are exceptional.

I have resided here for over a year now & love to be outside but my injuries sometime limit the amount of work I can do. I like to tend to my flowers & garden while Turf Tech tends to my mowing/weedeating/edging. Today I met my new crew & they are just as good as the previous crew. Chase & Rick were professional & personable! They actually alerted me to their presence, introduced themselves & wanted to verify my property area as well as any special areas of interest. I would also like to acknowledge Dilan with whom I spoke w/ over the telephone when I called to praise Chase & Rick. Dilan was excited that I was calling & assured me that the guys would get the recognition they deserved! CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ: Dilan informed me that Turf Tech has incentives for employees who are recognized for their great work! All too often we are quick to voice our dislikes w/ services & customer service. A lot of employees in the lawn care/landscaping profession do not get the recognition they deserve. They are riding around in the heat, sitting in traffic, eating on the go, etc. A nicely manicured lawn brings happiness to people. It can bring home bound individuals outside. It can also spark up conversations amongst neighbors as well. When a company provides a service that is above standard, it is great! When that company hires well trained employees (Chase/Rick/Dilan), its greatness is compounded! When those employees provide excellent customer service, they should be credited for creating life long, loyal customers! Keep up the great work!

Selected Blazing Sun because the owner seems to be the most experienced and knowledgeable about aspects of projects compared to other bidders. I was happy with the project quote and the owner's ideas for the projects, but the execution of the contract was disappointing. PROS: Work to install new drainage piped done well. CONS: Replaced retaining wall is crooked. Brought the issue to the attention of the owner and owner claimed that it wasn't, but tried to straighten with minimal results. Owner miscalculated number of blocks required for the wall. Second purchase of blocks was a different color and an obvious mismatch. The owner blamed the store for the difference but instead of taking blocks back laid them anyways. Much of the delivered sod was left in hot weather on a pallet for several days before installation. Sod was obviously dead before being laid. Owner claimed it would rejuvenate or he would replace in a couple of weeks. The owner then blamed the sod company for the poor sod. Dead sod replacement never completed even after multiple promises made to complete work. The overall work progress was very slow. Owner's "help" in many cases could/would not be present, forcing him to do much of the work alone.
