We had a complete change of ground cover…read morearound the house which involved removing the old ground cover and weed barrier (around a couple dozen bushes which did not make the job one bit easier), putting down new weed barrier, and putting down ten tons of river rock. He started work on time, finished on time, for the price agreed upon. He went beyond the "contract" and did me a couple of small jobs also but did not charge any extra. Granted, the small jobs took no more than 10 minutes of his work with the back hoe, but would have taken me many days to do with a shovel. He took extra care not to disturb the lawn any more than necessary by not driving the tractor in the same tracks over and over again and when he left, the place looked like he had never been there, except the ground cover was now absolutely stunning! Kevin is a consummate professional and his work shows and speaks for itself. While you have to get on his "work list" months in advance, it is 100% worth it. I won't use anyone else from now on.
