Outdoor Solutions created our Outstanding Outdoors!!!…read more We've always spent a lot of time in your back yard - even in the winter months. We had aspirations of the features we wanted in our backyard. However, we had no idea of how to bring it all together. We met with Alfonso and shared our thoughts. He asked a lot of questions to assure he knew what we wanted and took photos. Within a week or so (it was January), he developed a spectacular design! We discussed options, plant choices and kept the design in our budget. Alfonso communicated with us every step along the way. He kept us posted as to the start date and what to expect next as each day progressed during the renovation. He and his team were pleasant while working at our home. Any and all concerns and issues, plant warranty items, etc. were addressed with professionalism. Alfonso stands behind his work! What was just our backyard has become our Oasis! We are outside every day enjoying the beautiful landscape and features we've always wanted!! Thank you goes to Alfonso and his team at Outdoor Solutions for making the design a reality!! We highly recommend Outdoor Solutions for any and all of your landscape needs and dreams!

Used MHB Landscape service because it was recommended to me by Yelp for some landscaping work at my…read morehome. During the project he moved an expensive piece of outdoor furniture and did not move it back after completing it, because of where and how he left it, it ended up being damaged and having to be replaced. I provided all the information to him about the original cost and the cost of replacement (which was less than what I originally paid), explained my attempts to get just parts for it from the manufacturer instead and the video of it being damaged. He never responded to my request for remedy of the damaged furniture when I sent him the proof of price. The rock work was okay. He changed the scope in the middle of the job and didn't finish one section of it, so I got pretty confused on how the final invoice amount was arrived at. From the amount of work and materials we removed from the quote midway through the project to the final product, it didn't seem quite right. Also, he didn't put the landscaping fabric under the edging, so I have a ton of unexpected weed control I have to manage now when the purpose of installing the rock was to be lower / easier maintenance because, again, I have a disability that affects my mobility. He's a hard worker I just wish he would have made things right regarding my damaged property. He told me his insurance doesn't cover wind damage and did not offer any other remedy. If he'd worked with me to replace the furniture that was damaged, I would have given him a higher rating, but as it is, this is my honest opinion of the value, quality and overall customer experience I received. I can't recommend this business at this time and will be letting the division of Yelp that oversees contractor recommendations know as well since I found him through them.

He quickly pulled up a Google view of my property. After a brief discussion of the areas, he provided a price and said he and his crew would see me later that day. Very late that day, he texted that they would arrive after stopping for a quick dinner. Although it was dark, he and his team began shoveling. They did a great job of clearing my walkway and driveway. The fee was as he had quoted me during our call. I felt lucky to have found Nick. Based on the services I received, I felt the price was fair, and the work was good. Can't recommend Ted and 502 Construction enough!…read more In fact, I have given his info to two people so far and will likely be sharing it even more in the future. I reached out to 502 Construction via Yelp, and Ted, the owner, responded directly to me and came out to look at our issue firsthand before giving us a quote. It meant so much to be able to talk to him about this from the start. The stone facade on a back wall in our garden had fallen off, due to water getting behind the stone and freezing. We also wanted to add a brick topper to that wall, to match the wall on the other side of our back yard, and we wanted a metal railing added to the length to prevent anyone from falling off the side of the wall, which abuts our parking pad. Ted's bid was fair, and when he started the work, he was at our house everyday (excluding a couple of days due to bad weather) until it was complete. He was communicative and receptive throughout. And his work more than met our expectations. He had to individually measure and cut maybe 100 bricks so that the topper would work with the incline of the wall. He went a couple of places to find brick that would match brick we already had at our house, and he cut and welded the railing on site. We still need to paint the railing, but it is night and day better compared to what it was. (I will be sure to add before-and-after photos once it is 100% complete.) Ted is going on our list of contractors to have handy and to recommend to all who will listen.
