They make sure you are helped immediately. I've walked into other hookah shops that don't even say hello, which is not a good way to treat your paying customers. They are very attentive and will tell you everything you need to know about your tobacco purchases. This place definitely has good customer service down to a tee! The shop is always fully stocked and the prices are competitive. A to-go hookah is about 8 dollars here, other places around town charge 10. The orange heads are very fresh and they last a long time. I've had some that burn out quick, but these orange heads last noticeable longer. They have all kinds of tobacco brands and all the hookah equipment you need. I really do enjoy coming here and being greeted in such a polite and welcoming manner. Prices are great, you definitely get what you pay for. The wait time is not long either, which is great. When I just purchased a lost Mary vape (sealed in plastic packaging) it didn't work at all, I went back in and the sales clerk says no refunds and that customers are responsible to check them in the store before purchasing them which is disgusting and against health code regulations. So if you've bought a vape in the store just know someone else may have used it first. I'm so grossed out after this experience here. Been going to this location for years. Clearly they don't care about keeping customers so hopefully this warns off any future victims of this so called "businesses" neglect and fraud. Shame on them.
