I found their prices fair and I know I'll be going back there when I need something more. The selection is amazing as well for a small shop. If you haven't been there yet, check them out. And thank you, Zee, and thank you Smokers Depot & Vape for being just who you are. I truly appreciate you.

When I just purchased a lost Mary vape (sealed in plastic packaging) it didn't work at all, I went back in and the sales clerk says no refunds and that customers are responsible to check them in the store before purchasing them which is disgusting and against health code regulations. So if you've bought a vape in the store just know someone else may have used it first. I'm so grossed out after this experience here. Been going to this location for years. Clearly they don't care about keeping customers so hopefully this warns off any future victims of this so called "businesses" neglect and fraud. Shame on them.

I popped on in and told the gentleman I was looking for cigars and he guided me to the humidor in the back. This was a pleasant surprise. There was a wide variety at different price points. So I was able to get my Christmas gift sticks plus a little something for me as well.

Back up there today 11 April and he tells me no I can just exchange it I had to go purchase it somewhere else because they were closed and he says there is no return policy in the store is it listed that there is no returns and he's like it's receipt, but he did not give me a receipt. He did not offer me a receipt and when I did ask about his registers, he told me they were broke down because of him remodeling so just be aware of what you buy in the store if you go there I hate to see this happen to somebody else. I would leave zero stars, but I have to leave at at least one for this to register.

Don't get me started on the owner John, he's such a nice person, a really great guy. He's sooo friendly and makes the experience great plus he's very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. They have a very expansive and diverse selection of flavored cigars, traditional cigars, cigarillos, and in pretty much every variety available. Prices are a little high, but that's pretty standard for Wild Bill's. Genuinely one of the most well stocked humidors I've been to in general, not just for WB's. Service was good, for the quick interactions I had. A guy came in and asked if I needed help, so no complaints. I wouldn't go here every time, but for that one cigar that you're having trouble finding, I can almost guarantee they will have it

The guy working (I'm assuming he was the owner) was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what would be perfect for me, and let me try out some delicious liquids (I settled on milk & honey and peach). To top it off he gave me a great deal, definitely was not nickel and dimed. I honestly can't wait to go back and grab some more flavors! I'm so happy with vaping that I've already tossed my cigarettes in the trash. Not to mention my husband is completely THRILLED that I don't smell like an ashtray anymore! Completely 100% happy with this experience.

Nothing in imported from China juice wise. The customer service is number one. You feel like you're walking into your best friends house and not treated like some cash foolish sap. The guy who owns the place even told me that they fired a guy because of his lack of customer service. That says something about a place. They carry a limited supply of other peoples juice, all made in Detroit, but why should they. They make some of the best juice I've ever tasted! This is a solid shop! Prices are just as good as those online and if yours breaks, they will fix/replace/refund you! Try to get some website or other vape shop that does the same? I know that for a fact and I stand by them 100%. This is the place I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to get a bottle of juice and have a fun talk with the owner. You don't even have to buy anything, just the conversation is good. The decor is a little on the weak side, but I didn't come there to spend a Saturday afternoon with the kids. It's a vape shop. The air is full of clouds. The flavors are good. How's this for a wild idea! THEY WILL MAKE YOU WHATEVER KIND OF JUICE YOU WANT!! On or off the menu of your mind. I don't need to write anymore. You're just stupid to give your money away to anyone else but here. Enough said!
