This was one of the daily specials and did not disappoint. I had another one of the specials an oyster po-boy. The bread was delicious and they must make it in house. The greens were fresh and the tomatoes sweet however there were only two small oysters on each half of the sandwich? Very small and really unnoticeable give the size of the sandwich. I was really disappointed because I love oysters and was surprised that they didn't add more to the sandwich. It was served with a nice spicy mayonnaise and homemade fries. Maybe they were running out of oysters, which they should have just taken it off the menu. Either way I'd rather have a traditional Po-boy loaded with oysters and less of the greens and tomatoes. The server was polite and courteous, but never offered to refill our drinks. I understand that this is not fast food, but a dinner nearing two hours seems excessive. Most of the delay was waiting for the main courses to come out. The food is very nice, but overall, and I don't mind paying $36 for a salmon and $10 for an arnold palmer, but when I do, I really want the entire experience to be cohesive. I think all of it is fixable, possibly a staffing issue where kitchen cannot keep up, and possibly a similar challenge for the wait staff?
