The building was a Little Chef a long time ago but you would never know from the smart contemporary decor inside. The staff are so friendly, the bar is well stocked and the food is just excellent. We make the trip there regularly and you can usually get away without booking midweek, especially with the current economic climate, but make sure you reserve a table on Friday or Saturday evenings to avoid a long wait. The prices are very good for the quality and if you go on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday at the moment (Oct 2009) they have a special of any starter and main course with rice or naan bread for less than a tenner!
