I learned of its existence (as a business) a few years ago while my in-law's were visiting and mentioned how great it is. Let me go ahead and warn you that if it's your first visit, don't plan any appointments for the rest of the day. You're going to be awhile. It is all aspects of home; inside and out. Patio, porch, furniture, prints, mirrors, snacks, pillows (lots and lots of pillows). I love the organization aspect, including grouping by color (see aforementioned pillows). And in regards to my last visit, I went in for some fake flowers. You know, maybe $20 at most right? Nay. Walked out with breaking the $100 mark. Bench cover, pillows, print, and yes fake flowers. So beware. It's a love/hate relationship with this place. And I'll be back soon.

I spent a good deal of time in the garden area. They were great selections on patio furniture, planters, fire, pits, and outdoor fountains. They were plenty of linens and towels, and other decor items for the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen section was well stocked with a lot of well priced items. I also found some nice items of home decor, including artificial plants, shower, curtains, side, chairs, etc. the store was clean, although there were not many staff persons around to answer questions. They also have a loyalty program. All the sections were well stocked and looked to be well-maintained. The store was very neat and items were well displayed.

Review for Ashley Furniture…read more I had a very disappointing experience picking up furniture from this location. At no point was I told that no assistance whatsoever would be provided when picking up my items. To be clear, I am not talking about strapping furniture down or loading it into my truck or trailer. I'm referring to simply removing the furniture from the sales floor and wheeling it out of the building. The table I purchased was located near the front of the store. The nearest and most logical exit was approximately 15 feet away, yet I was directed to take the furniture all the way to the very back of the building. The back door did not have a double door, which made maneuvering large furniture unnecessarily difficult. I was pointed to where the dolly was located and told it was entirely my responsibility to move, load, and locate everything. I was also told that the salesperson from the previous day was "supposed" to take items to the back, but that did not happen, and no one could clearly explain what the actual policy was. What made the situation worse was that one salesperson openly spoke poorly about the salesperson from the previous day, which was extremely unprofessional. I will say that Mark was kind and helpful yesterday, but today it felt like once the money was collected, the customer service was over. There was no verification of what I was loading--no checking of items or confirmation of purchase. Honestly, I could have loaded any furniture I wanted without anyone noticing. To add to the frustration, once we got the furniture outside, the door was locked behind us, and there was no way back into the building except to walk all the way around the storefront to reach my vehicle. I seriously considered requesting a refund but chose not to because I had secured a clearance deal and already had someone driving over an hour with a covered trailer to haul the furniture. The difference between yesterday's experience and today's was stark. Overall, the lack of customer service, communication, and basic assistance made this a very disappointing experience

I also got a wonderful bistro set, custom colored. This was all over a 2 year period. The quality and workmanship was outstanding. Yes they do go that extra mile to help out. I have opened my shed for more neighbors to see than I can count because they are so impressed with the quality. You cannot get the service or support from a big box store that you find at Wagler's Backyard Structures. They are a company that I think of first for all my outdoor needs.
