She checked in on me during class to make sure I was doing good, and encouraged me. I did a half treadmill, half weights class. The environment was great, the rest of the class was very helpful and encouraging, especially during the all-out sections when everyone is pushing their hardest. It was a lot of fun! I loved being able to see my heart rate and use it as a metric to push harder or go lighter if I needed to.
