Legacy Home Inspection is the best home inspection service in town. I have used several of the guys…read morein town that do inspections and Legacy was by far the best experience I had. I needed my home inspected ASAP and Legacy was able to come over within two hours!! While I don't expect that to be the case every time, the fact that Bretton (the owner) was able to drop was he was doing and come over immediately was a huge help. On top of that, their rates are competitive and they are very professional. There was some issues with communication from the business office that led me to have to find…read moreanother electrician. I was very pleased with the electrician when he came out to do an initial estimate. He was friendly and explained that this company enjoys helping home owners with these kind of electrical needs that I had at the time. The value seems to be a little higher than others but everyone has their own rates set. So I still think it's reasonable. I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. I called the office and spoke to a gal multiple times who was not relaying messages to the electrician. That's my only issue.

The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

This company cares about the locals, and really wants to make sure we aren't forgotten with all of the builders and other contractors in town. Their prices are also the best available, very fair and reasonable! When I need an electrician to service my home again, it will be Goodman Electric! I 100% recommend this company. Thank you again Brian, sorry for the late review.
