I needed my home inspected ASAP and Legacy was able to come over within two hours!! On top of that, their rates are competitive and they are very professional. My clients are always impressed with the detail in the reports as well as the communication from the owner. With the market sometimes being extremely crazy and time frames seem to always be getting tighter it is more important than ever to have a business like this in-town. He uses the latest technology and always has an open line to the clients that are unable to make it to the actual inspection. I would recommend this business to anyone. It is such an important part of the buying process and it's even more important to trust the experts in home inspection.

Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it. Best I can say is hire Paul for one project and you will be calling him for your next project and your project after that. When there was something nonrelated to his scope of work I would call him for a Flagstaff referral (I live in Phoenix) and he seems to know everyone up in Northern Arizona, so he has plenty of contacts. Kevin introduced us to Amanda Nash, a designer, that also listened to us as we really had no way of making everything come together but with the help of Kevin and Amanda we had the perfect plan. Kevin soon got to work turning the house into a home. The subcontractors that Kevin used in our project did the most conscientious and beautiful work. The painters were perfectionists. The tile guy did the most amazing work I have ever seen. The floor was perfect also. Normally when you see tradesmen do work you have a punch list of redos. NOT WITH KEVIN! Everything was done exceptionally the first time. Kevin went through the house making sure it was perfect and even clean before we had to ask. His rates were reasonable. I've always said, "I would gladly pay double for half the headaches". Kevin and his team were on top of every part of this project from the beginning to the end.
