Dr. Bonebreak and his team are incredible! They took great care of my son from his initial visit through braces removal and retainer checks. Dr. Bonebreak is honest and does not suggest unnecessary treatment. He was also spot on with his estimate for how long my son would need braces; we were so happy that he was in and out of braces within a year and a half. The staff is friendly and organized so that every visit is on time and without long wait periods. You feel comfortable asking questions and get clear, unhurried responses. Flagship Orthodontics also shows up for the community by sponsoring family events, school functions, and local sports teams. I cannot recommend this practice more highly! read more

Shocker! They have 5 stars already! No surprise with that one! I decided a while back that I wanted to straighten my lower teeth, I landed on flagship Orthodontic based on google reviews only. From the appointment making process, to them reaching out on a Saturday to reschedule due to an emergency. I could tell this place was professional from top to bottom. I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I wish this was place I had taken my daughter to, but shoulda , coulda, woulda :( I can't say enough great things about this place ! Professionalism goes such a long way. They took very detailed scans of my teeth, jaw, and bone structure to ensure that adjusting my teeth was done safely. He even referred me to a periodontist to clear me before beginning treatment. I got my braces while serving overseas with a local, US-trained doctor. Dr. Bonebreak looked at my braces and records and immediately took over my care without issue. The staff is incredibly friendly and engaging. I've seen them deal with young kids and their interactions are professional and show true care. Dr. Bonebreak is a soft-spoken man with a very pleasant demeanor and explains at every appointment where you are at in terms of treatment and what will be done on that day. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Bonebreak and Flagship Orthodontics!!! My son has only been a patient for a short time, but when he had an accident that required immediate care, Dr. Bonebreak rushed to his aid (outside of office hours and on a Saturday). He could have honestly referred us to our primary dentist, but instead, he quickly came to the aid of his patient without hesitation. He even texted my husband, in route, to calm our fears and assure us that he was doing his best to get to our son as quickly as possible. He went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Our primary dentist even spoke highly of his professionalism and care. She said it's rare, in her experience, to see that level of response from an orthodontist under similar circumstances. I am so incredibly grateful! My son was in danger of losing two of his permanent teeth, but because of Dr. Bonebreak's genuine care and dedication to his patients, our son has the best chance at saving his teeth. Appointments are offered after school and evenings which is a huge plus...no need to take the kids out of school for appointments. Emergency appointments were accommodated quickly and often same day.
