They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

I pay $42/month for the ability to wash my car daily in their automatic process but the line is usually out to the road to where I can't even wash my car. Once you get through the line to wash, there's another line to use the vacuums and spot dry your car. Half the time, there aren't any towels in the clean towel bin and you have to walk to another station to find one. The other day, there were no clean towels at all....none. The lady next to me trying to take care of her car was asking for a representative as she had a baby in her car that she couldn't leave. The car typically comes out clean although the tires need some extra help despite tires being part of the automated process. As part of the wash, they offer vacuum, towels, glass cleaner, and compressed air. I pay $25 for the Deluxe one time service to take my wife's car through the wash and be able to detail it. Her car doesn't show dirt as much as my white car, nor does she drive it as much which is why I pay for the monthly service.

It was no longer sealed tightly around the back window, so whenever it rained, I had to put a car cover over the car and hope moisture didn't get into the backseat. Needless to say, it was not ideal! I reached out to Matt at Seatco about getting a replacement top, and he sent me a quote right away. The price was very reasonable, and he told me the new top would be basically identical to the original manufacturer top. Matt ordered it quickly, and once it came in, I brought my car in for the installation. They finished the job incredibly fast--it only took two days! When I came back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped. It looked beautiful! The new top was a perfect match, and best of all, it keeps the rain out and has made my car functional again. Because they did such a great job with the top, I also had them replace two panels of worn-out leather in my backseat. The black leather they used was a near-perfect match, and it looks awesome! I really can't say enough great things about Seatco. They're friendly, professional, fast, and do excellent upholstery work. Highly recommend them!
