I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. There are bays available for people to wash their own vehicle. I know it can take sometime, but I personally appreciate the availability to use the bays at my own leisure especially for those who may not have access to a hose hook up or a driveway to wash their car. If you are in a rush and prefer to wash your own car, I would plan well. The employees have always been helpful and considerate. They guided me well to get my car lined up, and they had great communication. This business is locally owned and operated. The owner is a great support of all things local. He has supported various fundraising needs for the schools and local sports teams. He is very generous and so willing to help out.

It's like a clean car with a show! This car wash has a couple of distinct advantages over others I've visited: 1. Open 24 hours 2. Two different bays, so two cars can be washed at the same time. There are no attendants or staff, so if anything goes wrong, you're basically SOL. In this model, after selecting your service and paying your fee at the machine, you're directed to drive into the bay until you hit a pressure plate that signals to the machinery that a car is there. The machine then triggers, moving back and forward along your car, which stays still. There are not as many pretty lights, however because the car wash shed is made of transparent panels, it is very light and airy - not dank or dark. There are a few flashing lights and such, and some mild colors, kind of meh. I will say the jets on this machine are serious about blasting dirt off - it made the car rock back and forth as they passed, and I can see where that might do damage to car parts, depending. If your side view mirror is loose, I wouldn't used this car wash. Overall, it was fine. Car was reasonably clean. They have vacuums, I didn't stop for them.

It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor."
