The technician who took my pressure was the first to ever get the puff in each eye on the first try. I've always struggled with that. The doctor was thorough and asked questions to make sure the prescription was right and he recommended the best type of contacts for me. My first time here and I will happily make this my go to eye doctor. As a plus size woman I don't always fit everywhere either and I found the chair open and easy to get into and I never felt like my size was an issue. The appointment is also in person with the doctor rather than the online option at a lot of other locations. It was definitely worth me driving a few extra miles to get here. Highly recommend.

Dr. Saini is the most intuitive physician I've ever met. She listens (actually, truly listens) to…read moreyour symptoms and concerns, she does an extremely thorough exam, she makes a diagnosis or explains how and why a test is needed, and she walks through the entire plan with her patient. And so far, with me at least, she hasn't been wrong once. I've come in twice with rather obscure problems, and she recognized them right off the bat, then confirmed the diagnoses with tests and specialists. I can't say enough good about Dr. Saini. If you need someone who's intelligent, experienced, compassionate, and thorough, she's your doctor.

So when we walked in the door, we had everything ready and after using the bathroom, they were ready to see us! The waiting room is a digital Disney land of screens. The kids will not want to leave! Once we were with Dr. Burke (who came to get us from the waiting room- first time I've ever had that happen at an appointment for anything!) we were immediately put at ease by his playful and friendly demeanor. He made my 3 year old comfortable and kept him stimulated with lots of positive activities that doubled as eye exams. My son sat on my lap for the entire exam- which the front desk team had told me ahead of time (and that put me at ease, too). We know now why this doctor is so highly recommended and would like to join those in saying he does an amazing job at making a stressful experience very positive and making you feel well cared for.

I initially picked…read morethis place because it was near work and some coworkers raved about how awesome Dr. Brenda Murray is. I no longer work quite so close to Evendale, but I still make the yearly trek here to have my vision checked. Dr. Murray is an absolutely delightful person who does a great job making sure you will be able to see properly. Also, she either keeps super detailed notes or just has an amazing memory, because she will remember little details about you from visit to visit. That is not something I've found to be a common trait in many doctors. The place is a bit off the beaten path. But if you can find the light at the Wendy's on Reading in Evendale, that is where McSwain Drive is- across from the Wendy's, all the way up the hill, and then to the right. As a side note, I've also gotten some of the cutest glasses I've ever worn from them. Not only that, but whenever the awesome lady is who picks out frames for you to try (sadly I forget her name) has handed me a pair and said, "Oh, this would look cute on you." And sure enough, that was the pair I walked away purchasing. Usually I am stuck in an eye doctor's office for at least an hour, hemming and hawing over which frame to buy, but not here. And that has happened twice so far in the last 3 or 4 years I have been going here.

They thought I was easy to pull one over on. They told me it was cheaper to not use my insurance. They said that I need to have 3 different glasses. One with bifocals for the office.
