HIgh Cost and Low Quality Repairs…read more Will never call Clem's again. We had previously called a plumber who cleaned the drain line and he charged $100. The drain worked a couple weeks and then was blocked again. The first plumber said we needed a larger machine to unblock so we called Clem's but they used a small machine for an hour and a half and it did not work -- and instead of having a better machine on the truck, he had to call another employee out with a larger machine and got it partially unblocked charging $430. They recommended video for another $250. Scheduled the video and when it was about to come, we were told we would have to pay an additional $430 to unblock the line again. This is robbery and we will never use them again and will report to BBB. Called out our own video plumber and he only charged $250 and it appears there is a diaper in the line -- which Clem's should have been able to pull out.

I was shown a place that I agreed to a hole being cut through my brick in the front of my house which was not in anyone's sight line to a PVC pipe just sticking out near my front door. The hvac supervisor was made aware of my issue the day of installation and I was told he would contact me. Guess what.... that has never happened to busy to reach out to a very unsatisfied customer. When I call their customer service everyone seems so helpful but all they do is listen with no action. I would not recommend and am very disappointed, to spend that much money and hate what they did to my house is very upsetting and the company sure doesn't seem to care that they have a unhappy customer!!
