I have used Clay and his crew twice now, despite being so far from my home they have fixed all my…read moreplumbing issues. They are affordable and understanding with high quality work. I recommend them.

The first pic is of my current spiket. I asked for 3 more like it around the home but when they…read morearrived I changed it to 2. The quote for 3 was $850. I was charged $600 for the work shown in next 3 pics.(about $100 materials). Took about an hour. Holes in my foundation not filled, lines not insulated. On the phone owner said holes in foundation did not sound right, and please let him come see(he was not on site when job was done). I had someone else going to finish and correct this but I agreed he should see what his workers did. Owner told me on phone that $600 would not be a problem to return. When he got here he spoke differently. His notes said they were "replacing" old spiggots, but correcting him did not keep him from repeating that what was done was done according to his notes(wrong notes). I corrected him and showed him what I had and that I wanted 2 more like it. He saw the work and said "everyone has holes in the foundation!". Said the job was done correctly as it was and said if the lines were like the other one, there would have to be hoses inside the home across the floor(??). . He was irate, spoke about his personal stress meter being off the charts and that his attitude was starting to give his child PTSD. Stomped about calling himself a "master plumber" a bunch. I was just astounded. He left in a tizzy, not interested in any refund or correction at all. In my experience "masters" of anything NEVER call themselves that. Ever. Every person who has, has been the opposite, in my 60 plus yrs of experience. I think that pattern fits perfectly here as well. Not a man of his word. Not a master. I'll put up pics of it done the way I asked when that's complete, and what it cost me. I say be ware here. I'm sure he'll deny having said these things but, those words will be as undependable as the ones he spoke to me.re
