Fransisco is great! He has been coming into our business for quite some time and we finally decided to give him a chance. He did a wonderful job several times on my car and my husbands truck. I got my vehicle detailed this past weekend, I really enjoyed the way it came out! They really pay attention to detail and helped me with some advice on how to maintain my vehicle. I tried shopping around for other detailers and some charge way more and don't even include as much in their packages like they do. Definitely worth every penny my car looks way better than before, I'm usually really picky but I have no complaints plus their customer service was spot on I was treated with priority and honesty which I greatly appreciate it. Update: I re-hired them to detail my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought it pre-owned so it needed a good Detailing. I'm happy with the results and happy to support a local family business as well! I had my car detailed this past weekend. I paid $250 with tip for my sedan vehicle and expected a little better job. This included headlight restoration as well as clay bar treatment. I would opt out on additional clay bar treatment as he briefly went through the car as I can feel for some areas that some areas was not done. Also, as another Yelper mentioned clay baring does take a long time and he definitely did not go through the entire car. Francisco knew I was more focused on the exterior than the interior and he offered me another deal which was focused more on the exterior, but said for the interior he would do a full vacuum as well as a full wipe down. Pretty much skipped out on shampooing the carpets which was fine with me. Before he left, I looked at the exterior and he did a good job overall. The headlight restoration he did a great job and removed all condensation. However, after he left i had the time for visually inspect the interior and realized the front windshield was not even wiped as well as on top of my steering wheel. The interior windows was also left with some water stains/streaks. My center console was not wiped down as well as my vents. For the price I paid, he should have done what was not done above as this is listed on his website as his "complete detail". Overall, Francisco is a nice dude and I understand detailing is not an easy job as there is a lot of labor put in to it. However, I do expect the to get what I paid for. If Francisco offered to fix these issues and did the complete job, I'm willing to give him another shot in the future as well refer him to my any family and friends as well. read more

Worst car wash I've had. Only reason I gave two stars is because he called me back to own it. I have tree droppings on my car that were never scrubbed off and wipe marks across my windows. I'm his response to my review he argues that he doesn't remove tree sap, however in our conversation that he referenced, he told me that my paint is oxidized, when apparently he recognizes that it is sap. They didn't even wipe down the inside. On top of that he charged $80 for two cars, and our normal guy charges $20/car and they are always spotless. Pretty disappointing, and even worse, he now thinks he is going to lie for the sake of a yelp review, in which case I am now making it one star. Do not use this guy. Such a shame. read more

This review is based more on customer service. I sed his services once, and it wasn't the best, but definitely not the worst. During the winter he came by my office & was selling buy one get one free coupons (I'm assuming because he was slow due to the bad weather), so I went ahead and purchased one so that I could try out the service. I called him, left a message and he replied by text (Which I said was ok if that was easier for him), we scheduled for a wash and wax on a Friday at 10AM, and he didn't show. I waited until about 11am to text, and no response, then I again had to text him at about 1, to which he responded, I'm sorry can we do Tuesday. After a bit of back and forth due to impending weather, we again agreed on Friday due to expected rain on Tuesday, but then he shows up on Tuesday. I didn't say anything because he was here, and it wasn't raining, so I let him do his thing. He up-sold me to do a clay wax, which was good, no issues with that part of it, the wash was ok, but I could tell the interior of back windows had not been cleaned, but whatever, again I didn't say anything. I messaged him about a month later to schedule for the 2nd wash I had, we scheduled for last week on Tuesday 4/23 and again he was a No Show. I messaged him at 10:30, and no response. I messaged him again at 12:30, and to that he responded that he was very sorry, but his son had a Dr's Appointment. I understand everyone has family/personal things to deal with, but when you are running a business, you have to take your clients into consideration, and this person definitely didn't take me into consideration or even have the decency to let me know he wasn't going to show up. I then told him I didn't really want to do business with him anymore & he agreed he would refund me $15 for the wash I never received. He originally was going to come by Thursday, and then he said Friday (After Messaged him of course, he again didn't think to let me know he wasn't going to come by). Until now I haven't heard anything back from him anymore. I know it's not much money, but it's more his lack of caring at this point. read more

I found Francisco on Offer Up yesterday. I contacted him same day and was able to schedule a full detail service next day for my whole family! A Chevrolet Traverse, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and even added a Toyota Sienna last minute. He did such a great job on all 4 cars. 2 of them were in really bad condition, but they look so good now! So I called FJl details a few months ago to have my car washed. It was last minute I appreciate the fact he came out last minute, but when I told it may only be my car he hesitated and said it might not be worth it unless it's 2 cars so then I asked my dad if he needed his car washed, it was 240 total for 2 cars detailed. He did a pretty good job just didn't like the fact he needed get a 2nd car out of me and your posting ads at 25 a car wash and stating you service my city. Ohh and he ended washing my wife's car which was another 150. Anyway reason for my 3 stars is I messaged him today asking him if he had time he said yes I told him my location and he asked what service I wanted. I said a full clay wax treatment on a van which I was easily willing to pay his price. He then said umm nvm it's not worth it for me to only do 1 vehicle. It's like dude make up your mind I understand if it was a basic wash at 50 but I was looking to have my van gully detailed. I had the back seat (tan) of my civic stained with red grape juice that was impossible to get out with several household cleaners. After he was done, it looked brand new! I hired this guy for one job, to clay bar my entire car. I normally clean and wax my car myself but He told me that there was a bunch of other stuff included so I was like cool. I even made sure he knew exactly what I wanted before I hired him which was to go over my entire car with a clay bar! He came a little late. He did not go over my entire car with an entire clay bar, I even have security camera proof, but he insisted he did. He went over the hood of my car and gave up. I went outside to see what was going on and he insisted he clay barred the entire car and that the tree sap wouldn't come off. I told him it was fine I would take it somewhere else. He was here for 55 minutes. I have never seen anyone wash, claybar an entire car, wax, and interior detail a car in 55 minutes. Clay barring a car alone takes forever. The fact that he lied to me is ridiculous lol you can come back and see proof. He did not clay bar my car. Won't be calling him again. Thanks for nothing. read more
