Absolutely excellent service from the start to the finish! We haven't addressed our trees in almost…read morefive years. It was time! The canopies were very low, lots of broken and dead limbs, and we had a few trees that were so overgrown that they were against the house and roof.
The initial walkthrough was with Chase Hartman, a Certified Arborist. We looked at every tree on my property and discussed what could be done to it to raise the canopy, thin it out, check for damage and disease, and make sure it's healthy and will continue to flourish.
At the end of the walk, they were going to limb up and thin out six huge trees in my front yard, take down a pine and oak that had grown together and were way too close to my home, take down six dead Leyland Cyprus and two huge pine trees that if they fell, would crush my home.
A week later, the crew arrived with two trucks, a bobcat loader, a chipper, and eight very experienced crew. They sized up the access to the property, spoke with my neighbors to ask to use their driveways to get to my backyard, and went to work.
It was incredible to watch professionals practice their craft! They systematically worked on the two large pines in the backyard by climbing the tree and cutting limbs as they went up. Piling up the limbs to be pulled away by the bobcat to the chipped. Within two hours, both large pines were gone, and work started on the cypress, which they made quick work of.
They arrived at eight AM and left at one-thirty PM. Professional from start to finish. They protected my yard, my neighbors' yards, and systematically, cleanly dropped ten trees and cleaned/limbed up six trees.
From the first walkthrough to the final stump grinding a week after the tree work, excellent communications, great service, extremely professional and friendly. My new Arborist and Tree service for my home!
