Yesterday 9/18/2014, I called Joshua's cell phone that was answered by Mallory, she stated that she was at home with the baby, I said, "Fine I will go to the office" and she was quick to reply that no one was in the office and Joshua was nearly done meeting a client and she would have him call me back ASAP. Of course, I never received a call back. Once again I called Mallory shortly after lunch. I asked her why Joshua had not returned my call and she said, "I have been too busy, people have been coming in and out of the office all day." I replied, "You said no one was in the office and you were at home with your son today." She replied in a panicked tone, "I meant that I just got here because people were calling my phone all day stating they needed to come into the office so I finally got here." She did her best to cover up the reason she was so quick to tell me not to go to the office. I then, quite frankly, demanded the UPS tracking number for my screen. She took a moment and said, "I'm looking at the email right now and they did not provide a tracking number." I said that is simply not true, UPS does not send a shipping confirmation without a tracking number so consumers can gauge where the screen is at any moment (I called and verified that with UPS today). Mallory stated, "This email does." I asked her how she knew it was Arizona 16 days ago? She said that she called UPS to get the information, I said that they would not give her any information without the tracking number (also verified today on the phone while speaking to the UPS rep), so did she describe the package to UPS by stating what was in the box and they simply said, Oh it's in Arizona.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I told Mallory that I wanted the email sent to my phone from UPS. She replied by saying, "I am not if front of my computer." Nearly laughing in awe, I reiterated what she had just said in the previous seconds, which was, "I am looking at my computer right now." She covered this up by telling me that she didn't have it in front of her right now, despite of what she said. I demanded the email from UPS by the end of the day sent to my phone. Within 2 hours I literally received the so called UPS email that was PERSONALLY TYPED by Mallory, which said the following: Dear Ms Bessett....Your screen has been shipped.....thank you for your patience....signed by Mallory. Obviously a true UPS email would have their logo, they would address the company, not me personally, and it would be signed by an official UPS representative. We went back and forth about the email, I said I wanted her to forward me the actual UPS email showing shipment of the screen, I never received what I specifically asked for. Today is Friday the 19th, I have called the office (both numbers)-no answer, Joshua's cell phone with no answer. I ultimately left a voice mail on Joshua's office phone. They have robbed me of two months of income. I have contacted the BBB and I have contacted legal representation to recoup the money that was already supposed to be refunded from the initial quote, pursue reimbursement for 2 months lost wages, and punitive damages for the financial and emotional stress that has been inexplicably placed on my life. (I emphasize inexplicably because I have literally not received a single return phone call for an explanation and every time that I spoke with Mallory she absolutely confirmed the lack of credibility that the inner workings of this company possesses with the endless excuses). Fortunately I have kept the content of each and every phone call, dates and times of calls have been documented, and the email that is obviously not from UPS has been saved......I forgot to mention earlier that I also requested the email from the screen company showing that the item was on back order that Mallory claimed was the primary reason they haven't started any service on my laptop, Mallory agreed to send the email, but I never received one. read more
