The first time was a mother board issue. They recommended I call AppleCare, and Apple Care covered the entire fix even though the laptop was out of warranty. Talk about a solid relationship with an authorized service center. The line has never been more than 5 people so this is ultra convenient. The 2nd and 3rd time my computer wouldn't turn on for rather unknown reasons. They ran diagnostics and reset my PRAM, SCM, and something else I've forgotten the name of. Always worked and wasn't charged. Way helpful and I would highly recommend this place to any Apple user.

I bought an iphone cover there and asked the customer service chick to help me install the plastic protector thingy which I'm pretty inept at, and I know other stores do.. Even though my company is (or was) a regular customer, and frankly I wasn't exactly asking her to donate a kidney...... Anyway, lesson learnt. Thumbs down, Mac Centre !
