Avoid. About 6 months ago I sent my iPad Pro in for a screen replacement with a bad scratch. After 3 failed replacements, each one with a loose screen when returned. I now have a ipad with a touchscreen that doesn't always register touches. They claim I must have dropped it. They offered me a used replacement 32gb iPad Pro, mine is 128gb.
That's the short version.
Just get Apple to fix your stuff, it costs more but this would never have happened with Apple. I would have got an apology and a new iPad after the first problem. This mob sent my iPad back _twice_with a loose screen and the last time it stopped working after 4 months. read more
