Established in 1987.
Originally Mike Bloomfield ran the business in London, UK working with IBM and CItibank but soon moved to Sydney Australia where the business has grown, partly due to a Radio Show on 2UE for four and a half years and partly due to major sponsorship from Netgear, Intel and others. The A PC Genius computer sales and repairs business was first established in Mosman, but quickly opened offices in North Sydney and Neutral Bay and finally three locations in Sydney CBD. We still run a fast mobile service and 90% of our work is done onsite with our clients. If you have tried everyone else and are still not satisfied with the level of service or the pricing is way too high, our business probably sits pretty close to the best value for money professional IT business in Sydney at this time.

Mike Bloomfield was hand selected by the UK Government in the mid-late 80's by an aptitude test, where he came 4th and was placed in a Government training program for intense computer programming. After finishing the training with just 11 other people, Mike left with a high distinction score and went on to work with IBM, Beechams UK and Citibank Lewisham UK. Mike started A PC Genius to help people buy excellent quality computers and see them well set up with their technology. Mike Bloomfield has won awards for the fastest and neatest computer system builder in Sydney and regularly builds systems that boot into Windows in 6 seconds. We also design websites and provide a world class cutting edge SEO service for a small group of super smart clients who want to get into effective online marketing. Mike does a lot of this type of digital marketing work himself on a one on one basis.
