These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and great at communicating. I've been to them 3 times for my Mac Book Air and have always come out with positive results and a fully functioning computer. Totally beats waiting forever at the Apple Store. The first time was a mother board issue. They recommended I call AppleCare, and Apple Care covered the entire fix even though the laptop was out of warranty. Talk about a solid relationship with an authorized service center. The line has never been more than 5 people so this is ultra convenient. The 2nd and 3rd time my computer wouldn't turn on for rather unknown reasons. They ran diagnostics and reset my PRAM, SCM, and something else I've forgotten the name of. Always worked and wasn't charged. Way helpful and I would highly recommend this place to any Apple user. read more

Took my old Mac Book Pro which was 21 days out of Apple Care warranty. Unfortunate nothing they could do there. They were helpful and able to dispose of the old machine. Great service and they didn't expect me to make an appointment before I came in as other Apple resellers including Apple stores expect. read more

Go elsewhere. Service here is a shocker. I'm a regular customer here through my company. I bought an iphone cover there and asked the customer service chick to help me install the plastic protector thingy which I'm pretty inept at, and I know other stores do.. Well that just wasn't going to happen, apparently not on her pay scale... and her offsider wasnt much more use - he said it was 'just too early in the morning' to deal with my simple request for help. Even though my company is (or was) a regular customer, and frankly I wasn't exactly asking her to donate a kidney...... Anyway, lesson learnt. Thumbs down, Mac Centre ! read more

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN Went there with a broken Thunderbolt display. I paid for the 'repair assessment' of $99 which is just an absolutely ridiculous price. After a couple of days they sent a mail that it was fixed. Paid another ridiculous price of $216 just for changing one cable. Picked it up, went home and plugged it in: STILL BROKEN!!! Went back there with the display, they plugged it in with a new power cable and it starts working. So it appears that this so-called 'assessment' of $99 has simply been staring at the screen and telling me it's broken. I asked them why they didn't check it before handing it back to me and their answer was simply: "Yeah we don't do that, we never check power cables". WHO DOESN'T CHECK THEIR PRODUCTS. Then I asked why they replaced the wrong cable after assessing it. Their answer was: "Yeah the cable we replaced was faulty as well". Okay so now you're saying both cables broke at EXACTLY the same time?! Which store does an 'assessment' of $99, then proceeds to 'repair' the display e.g. replacing the wrong cable for $216, and afterwards doesn't even check if it's working?! This has by far been the worst customer experience in my entire life. I paid over $300 in that store, paid another $40 for taking cabs there, and I still have to get my own new power cable. I broke my MacBook Air keyboard and needed repair in Surry Hills. These guys are an authorised repairer and did a great job. They talked me through the problem, forewarned me about the cast of parts and took my details in their system to ensure they had all my contact details. Overall a very professional outfit. Actually they went the extra mile and fixed a dent in the bodywork without me asking for it. read more

Would 100% recommend! After liquid damage fried my MacBook Pro, I was told at the Apple store that my hard drive was almost definitely fried too. I brought my computer here, and they managed to recover all my files. The team here, especially Adam, was awesome! They were efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and nice. The service here was way better than any Apple store experience I have had so far, and I will definitely return here with any future tech issues. read more

I have a mac book pro and unfortunately the circuit board fried due to a faulty external hard drive i had plugged in. Took it into these guys and felt that the advice and initial consultation was good and so felt comfortable leaving my computer, which i love, with these guys. My opinion quickly changed and I was bitterly disappointed to receive my mac back, with the circuit board fixed but with new dents and scratches. I am positive they were not there before i put it in for repair and it was also the first thing i noticed when i got it back. I take care of my mac and its an expensive piece of equipment that i think i would notice had a dropped it and put dents in it. When i went in to complain, I was told that the screen needed realignment, which is the sign of the mac being dropped. This is not why i took my mac in for service so why did it become a new issue? i was also told its my word against there's. Wow! Only other advice was that this won't be covered under warranty, but i can take it up with Apple and through insurance. Feeling truly frustrated and now my mac which is only about a year old has been cosmetically damaged. Who knows what else will fail mechanically later on as it seems to have been dropped - not by me! I would recommend to take a photo and know your laptop/device well, before taking it in to this or any service centre. read more
