I had booked an appointment for 8:30am - the owner only arrived around 8:45am. My 4S had died and I wasn't sure why. I was told that I would have to leave the phone with them for the entire day. I asked why they couldn't replace the battery, or the Power Button in 20 minutes like it stated on the web page - I was told it's more complicated than that and that I should perhaps take the phone to Apple. Well that was painless. I'm a creature of habit. Unfortunately for me, one of those habits is smashing my phone weeks before I'm due to get a new one. This year was no exception. An Internet search led me to iPhone Fix Sydney where I booked online for the next morning. They gave me a shiny new screen for $99 and had my phone back to me in a jaw dropping 20 minutes. For those picky people out there, the screen seems genuine. There's a tiny speck near the speaker where it appears to have an air bubble, but other than that I've had no issues with the replacement. These guys have super convenient locations mid CBD and Circular Quay, and are certainly worth a look if you're a klutz operating an out of warranty phone like me. read more

See my previous review. This is an update. I got a phone call from iPhone Fix after posting the previous review. The person was pleasant. They listened to my complaint without butting in. I gave them the opportunity to put their case forward. They agreed that the cost to send back a posted in product is not listed on their WEB site and promised to fix this. I'll wait to see this. I did agree to pay another $20 for courier return of my phone which means the post in price to fix a screen on an iPhone 4 is $79 for the fix + $20 for the courier + $12 to post it in. That's $111. A visit to their store would cost $79 as advertised. I posed the phone and paid an additional $20 for courier return and let them know it had been paid. The phone was posted at 10:05 am Friday and was received back on Wednesday at 10:30 am. A bit slow but lets blame Australia Post on this occasion. The Phone is working fine they provided a free screen scratch guard which they fitted. If you frequent the City (Sydney) or know a kind sole who will drop your beloved iPhone in for a repair then the cost of a front screen will be $79. I suggest it is very expensive to post it and get it back but certainly the price to courier back may be out of iPhone Fix's control. Apple will exchange a broken iPhone 4 for $179 and that's a new one but you have to go in to the City and visit Apple something I was trying to avoid. I think I would use iPhone fix again but I would drop the phone in and wait. I'll be keen to see the WEB site changes this will help prevent disappointment and earn a 5 star service. From me you get 4 stars for service and 1 because of the hidden charges. read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE. I paid $190 for a cracked screen to be replaced. The replacement screen was unresponsive, so I took it back in. iPhone Fix eventually returned the phone to me 6 MONTHS LATER. The screen worked but the home button (which had been fine before) was now broken. The phone is now unusable. I asked for a refund or a replacement phone, but they have so far only offered a $50 refund. I will now have to go to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Throughout the 6 months the communication and customer service has been atrocious. I had to constantly phone them and visit the store to find out what was happening. read more

If you are after a firm that supports warranty then this is not the place for you. Fact from faulty workmanship screen popped out and was not flush, due to this this caused screen to crack. This was 6 weeks post initial fix, fact bloke said no warranty not supported end of. Nice one. read more

Horrendous business - went in to get my iphone screen replaced and walked out with a broken speaker! When I returned, they attempted to claim I had caused the damage (not the case) and treated me horribly! Would highly recommend customers to use another service. read more

I would be very careful using this service.my iPhone 5s screen shattered and I didn't want to pay the 160 to have the apple shop fix it. I went to these guys and they did it for 90. They wouldn't give a warranty because the corners of the phone structure were bent. Service was prompt and the workmanship looked good. Within two days the screen amassed a small crack through normal use which I don't think would have happened with a genuine screen. Then week later I had to get the phone serviced at the apple shop for an unrelated reason. The next day I come back to find that when they were removing the screen it completely shattered. They said this was because I'd used a third party to install a screen. Fortunately I had an extended warranty and my phone was replaced. But for those of you who don't, keep in mind that if you ever need your iPhone checked up this may well happen to you and you'll foot the bill for a new phone! read more

Paid $79 for iphone 4 screen repaired ( not the lowest price guaranteed as they declare), 3 weeks later it goes back to same issue. And this time, they said it's caused by another drop and won't cover by warranty. I know it has not been dropped. How can the issue is exact as first time ? read more

This'd be the ultimate destination for all hardware damages. Don't know how, but they manage to fix everything that comes up. I've had a good experience when my iPhone screen was damaged and they took One working day to fix it. read more
