Very helpful and 100% transparent. I came in with network connectivity issues with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I would have no connection and my calls would drop in areas where that should not be an issue. I tried recommended advice from my carrier such as restarting my mobile network and even swaped out a new SIM card, but had the same issue. Went into Fixme and the person in front took a look at my phone and diagnosed the issue. He concluded that it was hardware problem with the antenna. However, he won me over with his solution and explanation. Described that because Samsung doesn't make their schematics or parts available that we would have to replace to whole motherboard which would be costly. He recommended to trade in phone for a new one instead of attempting to coax me into the costly fix. At the time I didn't know if I could trade in my phone since I was still paying it off with my carrier so I opted to move forward with the motherboard replacement. He gave me a quote which after I verified the price of the motherboard on the market I thought was very fair. We scheduled a return date so he can procure the motherboard and verify its compatibility with my carrier. Afterwards I looked into Samsungs trade-in policy that found that they accepted phones that are still under a payment plan as long as you continue paying. Because of this, I decided to go forward with the trade-in for a new phone. I called Fixme to let them know,and they were extremely understanding and glad I was able to resolve my issue despite not using their service. I highly recommend them and will be coming back if I have any future phone problems. read more

Isai really goes above and beyond to give the best service around. I came to him with a project from hell. I had an iPad where the back frame split from the screen and was bent on the corner where the camera was located, exposing everything internally. (Don't ask how it happened) As jacked up as it was, it still worked. It was a 12.9 inch pad, and the frame for it was hard to find, as it had cellular service, and Apple made the frame unique to fit. Isai has the hands of a brain surgeon. With my ok, he had to improvise and use a frame he already had. He was upfront with the price - very honest. I wanted to make sure that the fix was worth the price. He really took his time with my iPad, and even tested it several times to make sure that everything was in working order. FixMe did a great job fixing my broken and shattered Google Pixel 2 screen today! So, long story short... I dropped my phone on the morning of my graduation and I thought, "Dang, this stinks; I'm going to have to at least pay $200 to fix my phone." I messaged several different businesses, and found FixMe to help me with my damaged screen... Mandie was very helpful and messaged me about when she would be getting the part in as well as an affordable price that fit my bill. Isai did a great job repairing the phone and so far, so good! You wouldn't have known that it was cracked! They also took the time to try and put on my cheap-o screen protectors I got from Amazon (don't do it btw)... but it was difficult since I have the round edges on my Pixel 2. No biggie, at least he tried for abut 15 - 20 minutes. Thanks Mandie and Isai! Poor quality digitizer stopped working after a few months. I take work off every time my phone stops working, I have to keep coming back here. Wow now that's what I call exceptional customer service. I needed to fix my cracked phone screen in order to return it to T-Mobile and get an upgrade as part of the jump program. The owner asked me if I was trading it in and suggested I go with the cheaper replacement option even tho I was planning on forking over money for the more expensive oem option. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took his time to explain the difference and go over the pros and cons of each. We ended up goin with the cheaper option and my phone was fixed in a couple hours. Unfortunately T-Mobile wouldn't accept my phone because it didn't have the apple seal when they inspected it. My bf called up the owner and he apologized and offered to change it to the oem replacement that day. We paid the difference, and went on our merry way with no questions asked or issues. Had an IPhone 8 screen that cracked in multiple places. Called in to confirm they had the right screen to replace. After speaking with them I was able to drop the phone off and have it fixed in about 45 minutes. Screen came out perfect and received some great service from them. I did a lot of research before picking a place to get my phone fixed and Flatline seemed to be the best. I accidentally dropped my iphone 7 in a parking lot and the bottom left corner cracked pretty bad. It continued to spread up and I was able to get it to Flatline to repair. Dropped off the phone and within an hour or so my phone was done and ready! Before agreeing to get it repaired, the guy confirmed it would be OEM since they've had issues in the past using aftermarket. I was very happy with the repair, the screen works perfectly fine and the phone looked brand new! It's been over a month now and I haven't had any issues with the phone since the repair. Although there are a lot of other cheaper places, I felt like it was a good choice going with them. These guys are so awesome. 1. They are very personable and attentive. They listen to your problems and they communicate to you very well. They made me feel like they were magicians. 2. They are efficient. Maybe they just weren't busy, but they promptly finished fixing my cracked screen for me in an hour. I brought in my phone and they got the parts, fixed my phone, cut down my SD card for me, helped me place on my new screen protector, and had me rolling out of there ecstatic that i could use my phone again. I would recommend them to anyone. Honestly, I believe the pricing was expensive, but it was necessary expense.
