Very helpful and 100% transparent. I came in with network connectivity issues with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I would have no connection and my calls would drop in areas where that should not be an issue. I tried recommended advice from my carrier such as restarting my mobile network and even swaped out a new SIM card, but had the same issue. Went into Fixme and the person in front took a look at my phone and diagnosed the issue. He concluded that it was hardware problem with the antenna. However, he won me over with his solution and explanation. Described that because Samsung doesn't make their schematics or parts available that we would have to replace to whole motherboard which would be costly. He recommended to trade in phone for a new one instead of attempting to coax me into the costly fix. At the time I didn't know if I could trade in my phone since I was still paying it off with my carrier so I opted to move forward with the motherboard replacement. He gave me a quote which after I verified the price of the motherboard on the market I thought was very fair. We scheduled a return date so he can procure the motherboard and verify its compatibility with my carrier. Afterwards I looked into Samsungs trade-in policy that found that they accepted phones that are still under a payment plan as long as you continue paying. Because of this, I decided to go forward with the trade-in for a new phone. I called Fixme to let them know, and they were extremely understanding and glad I was able to resolve my issue despite not using their service. I highly recommend them and will be coming back if I have any future phone problems. read more

Took my IPad in about a year ago because I was having battery issues. It took a week and $100. It still was having problems just thought it was the age of my IPad. Bigger problem now and this store never seemed open anymore. Took it to another repair place. Battery was never replaced. Beware. read more

I just got back from Fix Me! My cellphone's battery was on its' last leg, the charging port wasn't working properly and the screen protector was broken. Isai took excellent care of me. After only an hour, my iphone 11 looks and acts brand new. Very reasonably priced! Excellent customer service. I will be back! read more

Came here to fix my iPhone screen and Isai was awesome. Super quick and answered all my questions. He's very honest and knowledgeable and tells you exactly what he's doing and what you're getting. I'd recommend this place 100%. He gave me different options on prices from cheaper to better quality screens so I could choose what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend on the replacement screen. I never leave reviews but I felt this guy deserved one! read more

Excellent knowledge and dependable service at a fair price. Isai is very personable and delivers great service.

Isai really goes above and beyond to give the best service around. I came to him with a project from hell. I had an iPad where the back frame split from the screen and was bent on the corner where the camera was located, exposing everything internally. (Don't ask how it happened) As jacked up as it was, it still worked. It was a 12.9 inch pad, and the frame for it was hard to find, as it had cellular service, and Apple made the frame unique to fit. Isai has the hands of a brain surgeon. With my ok, he had to improvise and use a frame he already had. He was upfront with the price - very honest. I wanted to make sure that the fix was worth the price. He really took his time with my iPad, and even tested it several times to make sure that everything was in working order. It came back to me looking like brand new! Skills- Service- Honesty. We need more businesses like this one read more

What a wonderful establishment to have taken my iPad. When the Genius Bar at Apple told me the charging port could not be repaired and I'd have to buy a new iPad, a good friend mentioned FixMe. Isai was able to remove the glass and install a new port. With his first attempt, he told me he wasn't 100% satisfied, and if I was willing to leave my device one more day, he'd put in a new port. Yes! It works and I saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I recommend FixMe to anyone that has a tech problem. Thank you, FixMe. read more

Awesome service!! So nice, helpful.great work!!! Recommend very much! Issa will take care of you.

I had a Motorolla G6 phone that needed a new battery so I went to yelp to see where I could take it for repair. I was given estimated from three place, but based on the Yelp reviews I took it to FixMe to see how much they would charge. Isai greeted me like a family member when I arrived. He really knows phone repair and customer relations. His price was better than the other three places that I had estimates from. My phone was fixed quickly and with a great price. I will be a repeat customer to this business and will recommend it to my friends and family. 5 stars to FixMe! read more

Hard to beat the friendly service and price here. iPhone battery replacement in 30 minutes.

Our favorite phone repair for a family that breaks a lot of devices!! Honest and reasonable service.

Another well deserved 5 star review! Incredible timely repairs with friendly service that is to be honored and thanked by my loyalty so long as I live in HB! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a repair with continued support for impeccable work. I had a screen repair done in May of 2020 and was now having some screen separation issue that resulted in blurring. Thanks to this wonderful business, I was able to have them tweak the issue and am back to a gorgeous clear screen! Always honest on the time a repair will take and when is best to bring it by. Truly glad I found this place...just wish I didn't always need this type of service! read more

Isai (owner and who fixed my phone) was friendly and professional. I had a broken screen on my iPhone 10 and he had the part in stock and fixed in under an hour. A glass screen protector was included in the extremely reasonable price. There's also a decent selection of cases available for purchase at less than expected prices. I would recommend seeing Isai to fix your screen. read more

FixMe did a great job fixing my broken and shattered Google Pixel 2 screen today! So, long story short... I dropped my phone on the morning of my graduation and I thought, "Dang, this stinks; I'm going to have to at least pay $200 to fix my phone." I messaged several different businesses, and found FixMe to help me with my damaged screen... Mandie was very helpful and messaged me about when she would be getting the part in as well as an affordable price that fit my bill. Isai did a great job repairing the phone and so far, so good! You wouldn't have known that it was cracked! They also took the time to try and put on my cheap-o screen protectors I got from Amazon (don't do it btw)... but it was difficult since I have the round edges on my Pixel 2. No biggie, at least he tried for abut 15 - 20 minutes. Thanks Mandie and Isai! I'll recommend my friends to your business if they have any phone issues in the future and I'll definitely continue to go to your business if I shatter my phone again (fingers cross that I don't though). read more

Poor quality digitizer stopped working after a few months. I take work off every time my phone stops working, I have to keep coming back here. They charge you $140 for a screen that didnt last and made my phone worse, because they did not seal it properly according to Gadgetparts. What a nightmare. Gadgetparts is way better read more

I highly recommend this establishment to fix your phone. My iPhone volume became so muffled by dirt (I work outside with horses). I brought it in and the owner stayed past closing time to fix it for me. It now charges perfect and the volume is clear and loud. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent it is a true pleasure to be treated so well. He has a loyal client for life!! read more

I highly recommend this place if you need your screen fixed!!awesome service and it was quick!

Wow now that's what I call exceptional customer service. I needed to fix my cracked phone screen in order to return it to T-Mobile and get an upgrade as part of the jump program. The owner asked me if I was trading it in and suggested I go with the cheaper replacement option even tho I was planning on forking over money for the more expensive oem option. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took his time to explain the difference and go over the pros and cons of each. We ended up goin with the cheaper option and my phone was fixed in a couple hours. Unfortunately T-Mobile wouldn't accept my phone because it didn't have the apple seal when they inspected it. My bf called up the owner and he apologized and offered to change it to the oem replacement that day. We paid the difference, and went on our merry way with no questions asked or issues. I highly recommend this shop and won't be going anyway else for my phone repairs. Thank you for the great service! Tip: Call in first even if it says he's closed, when we went the owner said google didn't have his he's updated properly read more

Isai goes above and beyond to ensure the phones are fixed according to customer request. His demeanor and skill both exhibit professionalism. Unlike some other repair shops out there, he stays true to his words and does not attempt to profit off his customers. Being in the repair business is truly a hit or miss. Often you will end up finding one that is very sketchy. I had been in situations where another repair guy broke other parts and attempted to get away with it by lying straight up, or just simply played dumb. However, Isai does a great job with his upfront communication regarding costs, repair time, the parts needed, etc, to make sure I obtained all the necessary information. What is more, he ensured I was fully satisfied before leaving the property. Definitely recommend Isai to anyone who has accidentally broken their phones. read more

These guys are so awesome. 1. They are very personable and attentive. They listen to your problems and they communicate to you very well. They made me feel like they were magicians. 2. They are efficient. Maybe they just weren't busy, but they promptly finished fixing my cracked screen for me in an hour. I brought in my phone and they got the parts, fixed my phone, cut down my SD card for me, helped me place on my new screen protector, and had me rolling out of there ecstatic that i could use my phone again. I would recommend them to anyone. Honestly, I believe the pricing was expensive, but it was necessary expense. The part itself took up 80% of the cost, so I really only paid $50.00 for my repair which is totally worth it. Thanks guys! If I ever have problems, I'm coming straight to you guys! read more

Had an IPhone 8 screen that cracked in multiple places. Called in to confirm they had the right screen to replace. After speaking with them I was able to drop the phone off and have it fixed in about 45 minutes. Screen came out perfect and received some great service from them. I'll be bringing any phone/tablet back to this place in the future if needed. Definitely will recommend to everyone. read more

I did a lot of research before picking a place to get my phone fixed and Flatline seemed to be the best. I accidentally dropped my iphone 7 in a parking lot and the bottom left corner cracked pretty bad. It continued to spread up and I was able to get it to Flatline to repair. Dropped off the phone and within an hour or so my phone was done and ready! Before agreeing to get it repaired, the guy confirmed it would be OEM since they've had issues in the past using aftermarket. I was very happy with the repair, the screen works perfectly fine and the phone looked brand new! It's been over a month now and I haven't had any issues with the phone since the repair. Although there are a lot of other cheaper places, I felt like it was a good choice going with them. There was also a warranty for the screen and just a heads up they'll be moving locations! read more

My screen cracked badly after I dropped one Saturday morning. I called around and just had a good feeling when I spoke to FixMe on the phone. Even though they were supposed to close early on Saturday, the owner (I think) stayed late to fix my phone. It looks beautiful, like new. I highly recommend FixMe. The customer service was fabulous and I really appreciated that they went an extra mile to fix my phone last minute on a Saturday. read more

Great place to get an iPhone battery replaced in under 1 hour. Highly recommend this place. Tech was cool and fast. Thanks.

I've taken my son's very old iPad here twice now and loved the service each time. It needed a new screen, then a new charging port . The owner offered a free new battery after opening it up, saying it was definitely going to need one in a few months and he wanted to save me the hassle of yet another trip. He also made sure we got it back as quickly as possible , the first time because he empathized this was my son's primary way of communicating with his friends during Covid and the second time because we were headed on a trip in a few days. The quality of the work, the very reasonable prices and especially the excellent customer service are what keeps me going back. read more
