Would have been hours if the new external hard drive had already been ordered and put in their hands... no waiting for an order to come in. They also custom build and sell blazing fast computers. I saw one of them as the customer they built it for arrived, to pick it up. It looked SO cool ! Also, one of them, the son, will travel to YOU, in other words, come to your home to fix something with your home or office computer if that is easier for you than bringing it to them.

I see the files there but cannot get anyone to give them to me. As it was, the Company trashed my computer originally and sold RAM, parts etc for a profit, while I was in hospital after an accident.
