I didn't think Toro spark plugs would be such a rare item to get, but accepted that answer. Tried again in a month, they were still waiting. Finally, in mid DECEMBER I told them I was coming to get my Toro and to get the bill ready for whatever had been done. That's when they told me they never actually started the work. No pump or belts. The reservation was made over the phone, made a specific time for pickup, they loaded everything in my vehicle and I was on my way. The equipment functioned perfectly, and since I rented after 4 on Friday I got to use it for the entire weekend at no extra charge. They've got large pieces of machinery such as man lifts, ini Excavators, skid steers, concrete buggys, and trenchers are available for half-days, full days, and weekly rentals. We offer pressure washers, two man augers, jack hammers, Edco floor grinders and floor polishers as well as tractors and tilt trailers/ utility trailers and more. Bottom line: While I've seen several negative reviews about rudeness I've gotta say that my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Good people and good equipment. Recommended! Got a call today and was asked for the credit card information because they didn't charge us for the full amount...come to find out the bill should have been almost triple what we were quoted and promised multiple times. We talked to chain of leadership the issue was not resolved so that they honored their promise/ quote. If you're looking for a rental don't go here, because they'll feed all kinds of lies and rob you in the end. Absolutely disgraceful business.
