They were supposed to be done June 10th, but they were done June 29th. For floors and countertops, work was very sloppy and everything was done without care, you had to be on top of them to address any details. Honestly, you are better off paying a little more and less headaches along they way. If you decide to go with them, it will take double the time they say, it will be sloppy work, and you have to get mad at them to get anything done.

He explained the process in detail, made sure we understood each step, and helped us feel included throughout. That part of the service was excellent and much appreciated. However, things took a turn when the installers arrived. From the moment they stepped on site, one of them began complaining--about the sink we purchased, the lack of parking, the sales rep supposedly not informing buyers about issues with dual-mount sinks, and more. Despite the negative attitude, the work was eventually completed... or so we thought. Just as they were about to leave, we noticed only one faucet hole had been cut instead of two. When we pointed it out, the installer returned to fix it, but not without more grumbling and clear frustration. This isn't just about one poor attitude. It's a missed opportunity for your business to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. To the owner and management team: There's great value in following up with customers after an install. A simple call to check in--"Are you satisfied? Can we do better?"--goes a long way. But in our case? Not a single call. No one reached out. It's disappointing and sends the message that once the job is paid for, the relationship ends. If you don't show your customers you care about their business, why should we continue supporting and growing your business.

I went with Oasis Grilling expecting an "affordable outdoor kitchen" and ended up getting an…read moreexpensive lesson in patience. Communication was basically nonexistent. The 2D design they provided looked great... unfortunately, it had very little to do with what actually showed up on day one. They had to come back to fix a simple 2D sketch interpretation. Then came the countertop saga. The one we originally chose was suddenly out of stock, so we picked from three alternatives they offered. After they already cut it, we were told it would cost extra because it was an "upgrade." Funny how that detail didn't come up beforehand. Their fix? They'd waive the charge if we wrote a positive review before the project was even close to finished. Hard pass. At that point, I'm not even sure we got what we paid for... or what we didn't. Fast forward 4 1/2 months, including a solid 2-month stretch of zero work or communication, and I've got an outdoor kitchen that's "mostly" done--with stone cuts that look like a drunk third grader took a shot at it, non-working pop-up outlets after the first rain, missing pavers they somehow didn't account for, and electrical work that was apparently optional. The promised final walkthrough never happened. For a company that highlights being veteran-owned, this was especially disappointing. As a veteran myself, I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this dumpster fire--I'm now hiring someone else to fix and finish what should've been done right the first time.
