Mr. Ozana is a miracle worker; our tub had been glazed before by a flipper and it did not hold up well: peeling and chipping and it was never allowed to cure properly--we know because they had sanded the wall and the debris was embedded in the corner of the tub. Now my 1968 tub looks brand new!!! And he tackled a job that would make most remodelers cringe when he took an old 60s shower and made it look 1000% better. 8.16.22 I originally called because I had a hairline fracture down the left side of my tub. They came out and fixed it. Three months later (11.27.22) the cracked reappeared and they came back out and fixed it once again. The repair man said, "Well if it happens again, there is nothing I can do." I didn't appreciate that statement because I agreed to a $620 one time repair of a hair line fracture. I think it's annoying that they even had to come out a second time, because they didn't do the job effectively the first time. Today 1.22.23 (2 months later) the crack has returned for the third time and they will not refund me, but said I can call back in two weeks. So I'm expected not to be able to use my tub-shower for 2 weeks and then call back. I don't understand why they can't help me today to schedule an appointment. In 2 weeks are they just going to put off the repair for another who knows how long? They already told me on the second visit there's nothing else they can do. I think it's fair to be refunded. I am upset because I paid for a repair and did not get a successful repair. Now Ozana has charged me $620 and I'm in the same position as I was 6 months ago, with a cracked tub. Honestly I didn't even get a full 6 months out of this repair because they've had to come back. And in between repair times the tub should not be used. I was told that this was a fix (and not a temporary couple months solution). Honestly I would have been happy if this was a 2 year solution. I called what I thought was a professional company (Ozona) for their expertise and a solution to my crack. I paid for a repair and at the end of the day I do not have a repair. The tub is not being abused. I have not even used the bathtub for the purpose of a bath since the 2nd fix. I unfortunately just don't believe that this is a good method for repairing hairline fractures due to my experience of the fracture reoccurring over and over. I don't believe they should offer this service or if they do they should tell you there is a big chance it will not work. If they would have told me that I wouldn't have done it. I chose the solution because this is what they recommended. I do not recommend this company because they do not effectively provide the service that you pay for. read more

I hired Mr. Ozana 6/2024 for reglazing of tub and shower surround. with 20 years experience and the reviews I saw, I felt a good job would be done. This was not the case! Worst job ever! He taped off new toilet , vanity and floors, however there was 14" drip lines, many uneven areas, and back of tub and bottom of tub felt like 80 grit sand paper. He stated I was very handy, then proceeded to tell me about his wife and girlfriend not being handy and could not even change a light bulb " He additionally elaborated on his wife and girlfriend's sexual positions, his male anatomy and many inappropriate sex misconduct & impropriety My Best friend witnessed his remarks on both occasions. I was a victim of molestation as a young teen and this brought back severe PTSD. I called him telling him how unhappy I was, he came back a 2nd time, never masked off new floors, left a wet expoxy foam brush in my new vanitity sink, foam brush marks noted all over inside shower walls His spray gun was clogged and left the sandpaper feel. My new toilet seat,floors and vanity are ruined because he never masked out the 2nd time he returned, I called him immediately and requested my $630 back. He said he would bring check over the next day. I told him to mail it as I did not feel safe . I am a 63 yo disabled RN. He never mailed and I called him, he told me to "bring him to court". I have his Voicemail regarding refund. Other contractors have quoted me $700-$900 to redo this inappropriate, inexcusable mess! For all the positive reviews written, I truly question if they are real! He has been reported to the BBB and Contractor Licensing division. Soon he will loose his license.
