Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness. Sept 2025 they left me a voicemail around 4pm stating they would be arriving the next morning. I was told that if that time doesn't work to leave a voicemail for them the evening before treatment so they receive it before leaving. I returned their call same day, left a voicemail that we would have to wait until the next time they are in our area for our next treatment. I was called by the receptionist the next morning saying they are dropping us as a client with no warning or explanation on how we broke any rules or regulations of the company. Keith was our pest control specialist for ~10 years and always had great interactions. The receptionist wouldn't let me speak with anyone and did not seem to be communicating our conversations accurately or on time, or I can't imagine we would have been dropped.

They said it would be part of the project cost, but keep sending us past due bills. The new sprinklers do not cover the lawn, should have tested them in the fall because now our grass is dead. Stated it will be two weeks or more to have someone come out to add sprinklers to the original projected that again...we paid over $4,000 for. 6 months later and its still not fixed.
