Behrouz responded promptly, was exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating. I reached out to him because of his Yelp rating, and immediately saw why he has all 5-star reviews. We have a laundry list of projects, and he wasn't phased by any of the projects I listed off (electrical, drywall, craftsmanship) or by the size of the project (big or small). He was also very conscious of COVID, wearing his mask the entire time, and cleaned up as he went. Fixa Ranch will now be my go-to for everything! read more

Bryan was amazing, reliable and knowledgeable. He was my place at 10:00am, exactly the time he gave me. No job was too small for him. He fixed everything I asked him to fix and did a great job. I am very pleased the job he did and will hire him soon again. read more

Very responsive and did quality work. Cleaned up after the job was done and wore a mask. I recommend for all around handyman services.

Bryan has done a great job fixing the water stained ceiling! He not only came to inspect the work immediately, he was very honest to provide an estimate over description and pictures over the phone, more over the adjustment after he came to check it out was very reasonable. Bryan is a man keeping his promises all the way and finished the repair as he said on the first day. The work is beautiful and great. He was professional, polite, honest and ready to help with A-Z jobs around the house. I would definitely call Bryan for future handyman work and will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. LW read more

We discovered that both faucets in an upstairs bathroom vanity were leaking and contacted Bryan at Fixa Ranch. He responded quickly, and although the repairs required more than anticipated, he evaluated the options with us and was able to resolve the issues. He is very responsible, personable, and very easy to work with. He was quite helpful and seemed to take great pride in his work. Definitely will recommend Fixa Ranch. read more

Best handyman I could hope for. Had a Sunday night dripping from master bath into kitchen. Received good emergency leak control advice and immediate in person attention the following morning. He was thorough and professional, not skimping on quality, and affordable. The project ended up taking a couple weeks, removing wet drywall, waiting for beams to dry out, treating and removing mold, replacing bathroom fixtures, patching a tub, drywalling, texturizing, and painting. All in all, it turned into a very involved project that was dealt with efficiently and completely. Very satisfied customer. Will call him again for future handy needs. read more

Bryan was great! I had an RO system installed under my kitchen. I needed a faucet hole cut out on my granite kitchen counter. Bryan assured me that he has the tool to do and it was installed perfectly. I also had him replace a new kitchen faucet and he also did a reseal layer around my undermount stainless sink faucet to prevent water from seeping between the sink and counter. He did a great job. I highly recommend him. read more

Excellent work, thorough and very reliable! Totally came through for us when we needed something done asap. These days it's hard just to find someone who will answer their phone even! Highly reccommend 100%. read more

We had a variety of back yard repairs that we had put off for months, and Bryan was able to help resolve them all. He repaired a leaking pipe under the sink in our outdoor kitchen, replaced several broken landscaping lights & fixed up the wiring so all the lighting worked again, and replaced our broken pump under the in-ground trampoline. And we wanted to relocate the outlet for that pump to make sure the outlet wasn't too close to any water, but instead he suggested that we didn't need to move the outlet, and he could install a waterproof outlet box around the outlet for extra protection -- this was a great solution, (and I'm assuming this fix took less time/cost us less than our original idea of moving the whole outlet and re-wiring the pump). Bryan was friendly and easy to work with, and I'd be happy to have him return for future jobs. His coworker, Mike, was also just as friendly and easy to work with, and I feel comfortable with either of them. Good work, and friendly service. Mike is going to come back and do some exterior painting for us on the shutters on the 2nd story of our house, and Bryan is returning later in the month to replace a broken valve on our sprinkler system. It's so nice that they're able to do such a wide variety of jobs, so I don't have to bother with finding lots of different handymen, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, painters, etc. to do each little job! read more

If you are looking for a headache free!, reliable, responsible and high quality of work - don't look any further. Fixa Ranch helped us so far with multiple projects and we keep returning to them not only because of good quality but also the stress free and very respectful communication and continuous working to finishing the job (something that most of the contractors we have dealt with other than them so far failed to do properly!) and believe me stress-free contractor is a worth everything! Thank you Bryan and the team for such wonderful job and help. read more
