I'm normally drawn by the comments and reviews and I decided to give them a try. I called made an appointment and everything was professional. I even received a text confirming my appointment that day and later that day I received another text showing, "Michael from Optimum Air Co. its on the way." And it came with a link to track their arrival along with a photo of the person. This was really professional and loved the promptness. The tracker showed that his ETA is 2:03, which is right on time, and he came, right on time. I must say, Mike is very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The issue I was having was no power to the unit, and before then, the fan didn't turn off at all. He fixed both. He wired something, and showed before of the issue and showed me actually what he was doing. I was so pleased by the professionalism, that I requested a quote to replace my entire furnace and a/c, because I knew that eventually it will need to be replaced. I highly recommend them and I definitely trust their service. They weren't trying to be pushy and sell me anything or sell me a new unit. He just came, did his job, answered questions, smiled, friendly, and then left.
