After the first headlight I purchased from an auto wrecker turned out to be defective, Ryan went out of his way to find a replacement headlight for me and made sure the job was done properly. He was also kind enough to give me rides when I needed them while my car was in the shop. I truly appreciated this service so much. Kudos to Ryan! It's not often you come across someone who provides this level of customer service and genuinely cares about helping their customers. I am very grateful for his kindness, service, and extra effort. OK, so I got a bit of a bumper scrape on my car, looks like someone backed out a little close, and scraped the paint. Just a little too deep to "buff" out. When I took it to Renu, the fellow I talked to gave me an honest quote, and his honest opinion. Being that we could fix it, but the bumper is plastic, so it wont rust, and given that my car has hail damage, fixing the paint on the bumper won't add much value, so it's just a matter of what I can live with cosmetically... Honest, and fair advice! Incidentally, I got a scratch repair kit and wax, and it is 70% better, so I suppose I won't bother fixing it, but I am super glad for their honest advice! It would have been easy enough to just take my money, but they chose to be good business citizens, and for that I am grateful! FYI, I did get a repair quote that was 10%, and 25% lower than the other two quotes I got, and the service was much friendlier, so I know where I'm headed if I decide to fix this anyway- or if any other scrapes pop up.

At this point, I lived in calgary and CSN was in Okotoks. This wasn't too much of a problem as they had a car rental right beside them so I got a rental as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. The owner is very pleasant and goes above and beyond for his clients. Insurance covered 100% of the damages on my vehicle and I barely had to do anything and everything was settled through CSN. It only took less than 2 weeks before I got my vehicle back and it looks amazing! Totally worth the drive! Definitely recommend CSN Collision - they seriously made one of the most horrible weeks of my life better!
