Scott was quietly efficient, as he went about the mechanical tasks and mysteries under my truck's hood, and before I had even settled to open my phone to tell my next meeting that I might be slightly delayed, he was asking if I'd like him to top up my coolant, as it was a bit low, and mentioning to keep watch on my transmission levels, as the clamp wears with age. They were recommended to me by W&B Automotive, when I bought my very first car and I needed Winter Tires. Don was extremely accommodating. Every time I have a flat and need a tire repair, they've always gotten me in right away and gotten it fixed immediately. Sometimes at no-charge even! My most recent experience was today. On Saturday I got a flat tire in Madden, AB and had to get AMA to come change my tire. I tried to get into Canadian Tire to have them fix it, and they told me the hole was "Too big for the plug" and that I needed to buy a new tire. And they were going to charge me a fortune for it because I have 17" low-profile tires. I took it in to Don this morning and he had a look at it and was able to fix it. I ALWAYS recommend OK tire to my friends and colleagues when they ask me where a good place to buy tires is. Even if they live in Calgary, the quality of service is well worth it.

I waited less than 2 minutes and my car and i were guided into the bay to be seen. I was shown everything from the colour, and levels, of the new and old oil to my filters. I knew enough I could make an informed decision and didn't feel as though I was being pressures into buying anything I didn't need. It was no costly than the other stores ive been dealing with. I liked the convenience of not having to book an appointment or waiting for it to b done. I also liked being there to ask questions regarding my cars health and suggestions he had going forward. When I went to OK Tire here in Okotoks I found the crew there knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating both with tires and mechanical problems. Shayne and his crew are always professional and safety conscious. Shayne also does his best to ensure affordability which is also important to those of us that are retired and on a pension.
