But then it cracked shortly after and became WAY more damaged than normal during the timeframe. When getting it replaced again the guy was shocked that they didn't use the right kind of glue, it made a huge disaster, and it wasn't sealed right and now my car has rust. In spite of that, I was charged the same as the next place which put in a much better product. The tech there said it was THE WORST work he's ever seen, and they must have used the cheapest products available on earth. Look at my 2021 car rusting out where they placed the windshield! Terrible. Suffice it to say, I do not recommend this place!

Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. They even were able to replace my cracked windshield (stupid jeeps) at the same time. I highly recommend Go Glass and going forward will not go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. Having your vehicle broken into is a terrible experience but they made it sting a bit less.

I only came across this shop…read morebecause my car dealership actually goes through GlassMasters for replacement windshields but of course adds some markup so better to go right to the source. Getting the online quote first was easy to do and then booking an appointment was equally as easy. The shop is easy to find and has quite a spacious area with a waiting space. There is also a washroom and coffee for customers. Staff were friendly and it was easy to drop off the keys. The car was done earlier than they quoted which was great and they explained very well about not washing the car and stuff. A month later I got a rock chip on Stony Trail. Hate when that happens after you get a new windshield. GlassMasters has a warranty of free rock chip repair for 1st 30 days and discounted for next 60 days or something like that. So that was nice that it was within 30 days and made an unfortunately bad luck of getting a chip after a new windshield. Great service and easy to use online website to get a quote and make an appointment makes this place great and I will come back as my other car also has a few chips and cracks and also let everyone I know about the great service.

I asked them to fix it and when they brought it back they had just "cut' the rubber door seal instead of removing it and doing it properly. I then had to take the vehicle back a second time to replace the door seal but they ordered the wrong one. That was over tow weeks ago and no one has even bothered to give me a call to try and fix this. I will never use glassMaster again and hopefully other will be diligent in checking their work if this is what they think is acceptable
