I was recently reared ended. Both my Lexus dealer and my insurance company recommended Fix Auto Anaheim North so I took my car there. At first everything was great. They were able to get me in quickly to get an estimate. The place is large and very clean, I was taken care of quickly and my estimate was emailed to me the same afternoon. As soon as my insurance company gave me the green light to get it fixed I called them on the 15th to set up the appointment. They said I could bring it in, but I said I wanted to wait until the parts were there, and if necessary, I would be willing to prepay for them. I was told by Erika that someone would call me back. Two days later, no call back, so I called again. Erika gave me the same answer. I called back a 3rd time on Monday the 22nd. Spoke to Erika again and she said someone named Hugo was supposed to call me, and that she didn't know why he hadn't called yet but she would remind him, Two more days have passed and no call back. Thank goodness my car is driveable and the repairs are not urgent, but I don't think that getting a confirmation that the parts were ordered and getting an appointment set up based on when the parts are due to arrive is unreasonable, I'm very disappointed and have also let my insurance company know, I will be shopping around for another shop. read more

Soooo I ended back up at Fix again :(. 7 years later, still amazing customer service and the most beautiful shop!! Thank you to Miguel, Erika and Daisy who were all prompt, professional and kind. The staff at Fix are on it - quotes were completed quickly, communicated to ins, and I really appreciated the text and email updates. My car ended up getting totaled by ins, but I can say without hesitation that Fix is who you want your insurance working with. When I came to get my belongings, the guys in the shop were so cool and kind. I'll miss my girl, she was the best. I *will* say this shop has good vibes and karma, bc while waiting to collect my personal belongings in their lobby, I found the EXACT same car in the exact same great condition, 2 years newer. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I brought my car in three weeks ago and received no updates regarding the repairs or the status of the part. The only reason I got any information at all was because I called them myself. I was told I would receive a call back, but no one followed up. I had to reach out twice back-to-back just to get an answer. The communication throughout this process was poor and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was given completely inconsistent information about the part. One employee told me it would arrive the next day. Then I was told it would arrive later that same day. Then, within about 15 minutes when I said I no longer wanted to work with this shop because of the lack of communication and transparency, I was suddenly told it had already arrived. The timeline made no sense and felt very disorganized. On top of that, when I had stated I didn't want to work with them I was not informed of there being an issue of doing this. Then I get a call telling me I owe a restocking fee, which felt unfair given the lack of communication and the delays and the fact that this was not disclosed 15 minutes prior. Literally the SAME DAY. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of updates, poor follow-through, and inconsistent information. RIVIAN R1T Insurance claim and this is where my insurance sent me. Initially a good experience until I got my truck back. Work was initially fair, but they didn't repaint my charge door even though it was scratched from the accident and I pointed it out, but they ignored it. Underbelly panels damage, but they did not replace them. Kind of frustrating since I went through my insurance. Bumper did not fit 100%, but I ran out of rental car credits and I just wanted my truck back. Next day in different sun light, the bad bumper fit looked even worse! FIX AUTO kept sending me requests to leave feedback. I wasn't planning on leaving feedback, I was just going to move on in life. They were relentless on sending me text and emails about leaving feedback day after day after day. OK, you want feedback??? I'll give you feedback. Be careful what you ask for. SO I left them a bad review stating exactly what I stated here. Bad fit of the bumper, scratched charge door, warped underbelly panels, etc. They immediately called me and asked me to change my review. I say no, the repairs were sub par. They asked me to bring the truck back so they could fix the repairs again. I don't have time to drop my truck off for multiple days again, especially since I don't have a rental car anymore. That doesn't work for me. They had the chance to fix it right the first time when I had the rental car. Few weeks went by and my bumper actually popped out on the right side. Obviously the brackets were bent and they forced the bumper to fit and it finally popped out because of the structural stress. Now it really looks like shit. So I called them ( Since they ''say'' they warranty their work for life ) and said, I can't live with this bad repair, I needs to bring it back now. The receptionist said that the salesman ( Miguel ) left a note in my file. Ya, I'm sure he did. So I left a message for him that I need to bring my truck back because the repair is failing. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. THE PEOPLE HERE PLAY GAMES. A car hit my car while it was parked which was super unfortunate. So glad the insurance company took care of everything and referred us to Fix Auto. This was a nice location with tea and coffee in the waiting room available for guests. The staff was very friendly and helped us right away. Dropped off the car and picked up the rental without any issue. It took them about a couple weeks to fix the door. The only issue we came across was that they called us within 5 days letting us know the car was ready for pick up. we came to pick up the car and they said they need 5 more days. There was little to no contact with my insurance so I was basically the messenger back and forth between the two. They failed to communicate my estimate to my insurance. Oh and they don't like it when you ask to pay out of pocket for some reason? Maybe more work for the lazy guys? I arrived for my estimate at my scheduled time at 10 am and was not seen till 10:45. I called to make an appointment and couldn't see anyone for an estimate for a week from the day I called. I took my car on appointment day (Tuesday) and expected an estimate by at least that Friday. I called that Friday, and they said I should have it by the end of the day. I then gave them until the following Tuesday (1 week) and nothing. I called again today (1.5 weeks) asking what the delay is. They knew who I was and said they would have to talk to the guy who has it. I asked if I could expect an estimate today, and he said I can't say because the guy is very busy and it's the end of the month. I said, "Don't bother. I'm not going to have you fix my car. UPDATED REVIEW. Had occasion to use Fix Auto again and picked up the vehicle today. My service adviser was Andre and he provided excellent professional service. Our vehicle was struck from behind while stopped at a red light and the other party's insurance was not already set up with Fix Auto (like mine is) as an authorized repair shop. The other party's insurance was Kemper a.k.a Infinity insurance. They tried to low ball us an only approved $1600 in repairs but Fix Auto found much more damage and it ending up costing about $2500 more. Fix Auto was able to quickly work with Kemper and get the full value for all the needed repairs. I'm thankful I have a good independent family owned shop that looks out for my best interest. No complaints on the repair itself. The problem is that both times I came in, no one was wearing a mask, including the front desk staff who interact directly with customers. (Except the guy who delivered the car, after I'd complained.) When I came to pick up the car, I asked the lady who checked me out why no one was wearing masks. She said it was each person's choice, some did, some didn't. A manager (white, tall, gray hair) overheard and confirmed that the shop's policy was to leave to to individual "choice," and that the facility is clean. Yes, the place is squeaky clean, but that misses the point - according to CDC research, COVID is primarily transmitted through droplets exhaled when people talk and breathe. Masks prevent asymptomatic carriers from spreading the disease to others (and you can be asymptomatic for up to 14 days and still transmitting), so wearing a mask is a sign that you care about other people's safety. I asked, if it's everyone's choice, why wouldn't you choose to keep your customers safe? He said I could choose where to take my business. I said I had no idea about their mask policy until after my car had been towed there and work had started and I came in to approve some additional work, so I didn't really have much of a choice. The manager also said I couldn't prove that masks actually worked, I said look at the CDC's website, that has all the proof you need. He dismissed it, saying the WHO says something different, his doctor says something different, so who knows, and you have to respect everyone's opinion, and they have "different personalities" working there. I disagreed that "everyone's opinion" was equal to the CDC's expertise. So in short, this shop has bought into the idea that scientific evidence on how to stop COVID transmission can be ignored or minimized because it's inconvenient and because of "choice" and "personal opinion." And based on that, has decided NOT to do everything they can do to prioritize customer safety. If that bothers you, I recommend finding a different shop. Oh - and after I drove away, I noticed a coffee mug in the front cupholder that was half full and didn't belong to me. Which is gross, even when there isn't a pandemic. read more

I do not recommend this place and do not believe the 5 star rating is real whatsoever. I picked this place from my insurance options because of the 5 star rating what a mistake. All I had was a dollar coin size dent in my rear driver's door and a tiny scratch. Took a week for the original drop and pickup and when I picked my truck up and brought it home and parked. Came 9ut the ne t morning to my wife staring at my door. From the correct angle you could see were the dent and patch was. Called setup to drop off for a 2nd time. During this 2nd visit they said would be a day or 2. We'll during that time their worker backed my truck into a pole and caused even more damage and had to stay even longer. My truck is not a cheap truck it's 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited 4x4. When I received the call for this from them they just acted like it was no big deal no additional compensation no offer of we got you here's your deductible sorry for the wasted trips and now additional damage. Just sorry we crashed your truck again going to need it to stay longer call you when it's ready. That's it. All said and done both spots seemed fixed when I picked it up. I was so happy to get my truck back that I didn't notice they never put my Limited decal back on the door. Nope Passenger side has one but not the drivers. Called again and they said they would order sorry it was back ordered hmmmm never said anything to me about it. Either way they mailed it too me to put on myself as I asked them too. Piece arrived yesterday in 3 pieces broken in an envelope. I know this is long but had to put the full context for everyone who does read this to know I'm not just a picky little customer. This crap was ridiculous on all levels. Be aware and if you use this shop whatsoever I would check on your vehicle every day. I'm never using them again unless something fails on the work they did which from my above situation might be very likely. Good luck read more
