However, I felt that their estimate was not thorough, and the desk staff was less than courteous on top. I spoke to a good friend in the industry (who unfortunately was on the other side of the country) who recommended that I take it to an independent shop. I looked on Yelp and found Beto's Auto Body and Paint. They had the highest rating and a lot of reviews so I gave them a call first. I spoke to Eddie over the phone, who put me at ease and took the time to explain the process pretty thoroughly. He pretty much echoed all the tips my buddy had given me about navigating the repair process, so I decided to give the place a shot and took my vehicle to them.
