Five Star Window Detailing did an amazing job cleaning our windows and power washing our deck yesterday. After I made the appointment, Jessica, the owner, actually drove by the house to do a window count so we would know the cost ahead of time. Dino and Nate were fantastic workers. They cleaned the tracks, the screens and the windows. They worked really hard cleaning the deck which had all kinds of black marks and discolorations, with a rotary brush. They even power washed our 15-year old umbrella so that it looks new now. They moved furniture and put everything back as it was very neatly. We feel as if we are living outside now--the windows are that beautiful! Now that we know about Five Star, we won't use anyone else! read more

We had previously hired another window cleaning service, and that shall-not-be-named squeegee "service" cancelled on me at literally the last minute. I was in a desperate situation. Our outstanding screen repair man, Tom Klecak with Mobile Screen Service recommended Five Star Window Detailing and we are beyond grateful to him!! (Tom did an awesome job on our sliding screen door repair, by the way.) So working us into her full schedule, Jessica got us her incredible team of Dino and Nate. They did everything so beautifully and efficiently! All our windows were not only clean, but invisible! The tracks were cleaned and the power washing was expertly done as well. Jessica was so kind and has the patience of JOB dealing with me, as she spent a great deal of time to make sure she understood my needs and desires to make my windows beautiful again. Her team, Dino and the wonderful lads, Chris & Trent who came out, made sure all the windows were sparkling , the window screens were spotless, along with the window frames and even the front door. Jessica was great, getting me in quickly to clean the windows inside and out which expanded to pressure walking outside areas, chandeliers and sky light. The work was performed by Dino and Nate which were both equally exceptional. And a lost art was a follow up phone call I received from Jessica the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied.
