During my layover in CLT I called Katt's Transportation for a pick up. I set up a pickup with the dispatcher... gave them my name, number, flight information and all. When I landed (ontime) in ILM at 10:55pm on a Friday night, there was no driver there to pick me up like we had arranged. I called the service twice to no answer.
