What a great idea to go with World Class Travel! We could not have had a better experience planning our family vacation! We wanted to take our kids to the Caribbean the day after Christmas, Dec 26, 2014 and celebrate the New Years there. Carolyn Sulcer with World Class Travel was recommended from a friend. She was amazing! We spoke about our wanting to be in an all-inclusive, family friendly safe resort. She then gave us her suggestions and told us to research. There was no aggresive, rush on her part. Once we committed to Beaches Ocho Rios, she took care of EVERYTHING! Our room was lovely, she set us up for a private driver who didn't stop on the way to the resort unless we requested, and hooked us up with traveler's insurance. She gave us tips for what we may not think of to take, called once certain paperwork was ready to pick up and we had NO stress or fear of forgetting anything. World Class Travel at 561 Cedar Road in Chesapeake is the way to go! The resort was safe so that our teen could run around the resort with her new friends and the staff knew each of us by name within the first day! Donald, at water activities taught my son how to build pools with water in them for his sandcastles and gave my kids crazy banana boat rides, and he and my son took quite a few sail boating trips where he taught him to sail! We loved the staff, restaurants and all around vibe of this resort! In fact, we are working with Carolyn at World Class yet again to plan a couple's only vacation for this October! read more

Wanted to send a big "SHOUT OUT" to our travel agent, Mike Boungiorno of World Class Travel for a fantastic recent get away. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in style with a 5-day get away to New York City, NY. From initial discussions to vacation completion his assistance was first rate in every respect. From our non-stop flights from/to Norfolk, VA, to our airport limo service, to top notch lodging and tours the trip was by all accounts a great success. We stayed a the Sheraton Times Square on 8th Street - within walking distance of Times Square, Hells Kitchen and the Rockefeller Center. Over the course of the visit we saw all of the sights - climbed to the crown of Statue of Liberty; enjoyed a private 2-hour walking tour of the 9/11 area with additional 2-hour tour of the museum; visited the "Top of the Rock" at Rockefeller Center; ate at various ethnic restaurants in Hells Kitchen; took the city wide bus tours; and even attended the Broadway play "Kinky Boots"..... My friend and I were looking to book a cruise so decided to try out World Class Travel. I just want to start out by saying Terri has been so awesome and helpful through everything! We had booked a 4 day cruise through Royal Caribbean. Our flight from Philly to Miami ended up getting delayed over three hours due to "maintenance issues", so we ended up completely missing our cruise. Planned and booked our honeymoon to Greece through World Class Travel. The trip was absolutely FANTASTIC! Spent three days in Athens visiting historical sites, before spending 5 days in Santorini. Catamaran was definitely the highlight activity of the trip. All connections for pickup and drop-off were very smooth. The views were indescribable. Terri was very accommodating to work with my special requests, and when things didn't come together how we originally planned she was very quick to communicate and find the best alternative. Definitely gives a peace of mind to have everything planned out before arrival and World Class Travel provided just that. The wife and I took our 15 year anniversary trip between Christmas and New Years to Cancun. We received top notch service from the folks at World Class Travel! The organized an all inclusive trip to Mexico for us in August & a major hurricane hit Texas a few days before we were scheduled to fly out causing all sorts of problems with travel and canceled flights.
