What a great idea to go with World Class Travel! We could not have had a better experience planning our family vacation! We wanted to take our kids to the Caribbean the day after Christmas, Dec 26, 2014 and celebrate the New Years there. Carolyn Sulcer with World Class Travel was recommended from a friend. She was amazing! We spoke about our wanting to be in an all-inclusive, family friendly safe resort. She then gave us her suggestions and told us to research. There was no aggresive, rush on her part. Once we committed to Beaches Ocho Rios, she took care of EVERYTHING! Our room was lovely, she set us up for a private driver who didn't stop on the way to the resort unless we requested, and hooked us up with traveler's insurance. She gave us tips for what we may not think of to take, called once certain paperwork was ready to pick up and we had NO stress or fear of forgetting anything. World Class Travel at 561 Cedar Road in Chesapeake is the way to go! The resort was safe so that our teen could run around the resort with her new friends and the staff knew each of us by name within the first day! Donald, at water activities taught my son how to build pools with water in them for his sandcastles and gave my kids crazy banana boat rides, and he and my son took quite a few sail boating trips where he taught him to sail! We loved the staff, restaurants and all around vibe of this resort! In fact, we are working with Carolyn at World Class yet again to plan a couple's only vacation for this October! read more

Wanted to send a big "SHOUT OUT" to our travel agent, Mike Boungiorno of World Class Travel for a fantastic recent get away. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in style with a 5-day get away to New York City, NY. From initial discussions to vacation completion his assistance was first rate in every respect. From our non-stop flights from/to Norfolk, VA, to our airport limo service, to top notch lodging and tours the trip was by all accounts a great success. We stayed a the Sheraton Times Square on 8th Street - within walking distance of Times Square, Hells Kitchen and the Rockefeller Center. Over the course of the visit we saw all of the sights - climbed to the crown of Statue of Liberty; enjoyed a private 2-hour walking tour of the 9/11 area with additional 2-hour tour of the museum; visited the "Top of the Rock" at Rockefeller Center; ate at various ethnic restaurants in Hells Kitchen; took the city wide bus tours; and even attended the Broadway play "Kinky Boots"..... Thanks again World Class Travel and Mike Boungiorno! Jim and Kathy Donovan CAPTs, USN (Ret) Virginia Beach, VA read more

My friend and I were looking to book a cruise so decided to try out World Class Travel. I just want to start out by saying Terri has been so awesome and helpful through everything! We had booked a 4 day cruise through Royal Caribbean. Our flight from Philly to Miami ended up getting delayed over three hours due to "maintenance issues", so we ended up completely missing our cruise. Terri was so helpful staying in contact with my friend and I as we were stuck at the airport. Right away she started giving us suggestions as to what our options were. She right away filed our claim to get our cruise money back. She ended up finding us a gorgeous hotel right in Miami for us. I am very thankful we decided to book with World Class Travel. We ended up having an amazing time in Miami despite our unfortunate situation. Terri really looked out for us and really made me feel like she was determined that we had a good vacation. I will most definitely book with World Class Travel again!!! read more

I had a great experience using World Class Travel for my honeymoon! Gretchen Winterstein was my Travel Agent and she went above and beyond to ensure stress-free planning for our trip to Jamaica. From the beginning, she was detailed and thorough in the information she provided us. She was quick to respond to questions and always kept in touch. You could tell she was very organized, kept notes/appointments of when to reach back out on important dates, and obviously loves what she does. I also loved that she was attentive and kept in mind what was most important to us when searching for an all inclusive resort. She was even on standby and easily reachable during the couple of days before departure. Our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm, and she was quick to assist in what could have been a very stressful time. Thank you for everything, Gretchen! Can't wait to plan our next trip with you! read more

Planned and booked our honeymoon to Greece through World Class Travel. The trip was absolutely FANTASTIC! Spent three days in Athens visiting historical sites, before spending 5 days in Santorini. Catamaran was definitely the highlight activity of the trip. All connections for pickup and drop-off were very smooth. The views were indescribable. Terri was very accommodating to work with my special requests, and when things didn't come together how we originally planned she was very quick to communicate and find the best alternative. Definitely gives a peace of mind to have everything planned out before arrival and World Class Travel provided just that. If I only hadn't gotten food poisoning the last day of our trip it would have been 100% perfect! read more

My wife and I have been using the services of World Class Travel for the last three years. Carolyn has helped us plan, book and prepare for traveling, primarily on Viking River cruises. She has been a wealth of information as well as being prompt with answering peculiar questions we may have asked. We experienced a situation where we could not travel last year and because Carolyn had steered us to use the right insurance company we were able to be refunded all of the money we paid. This is the kind of integrity and support you get from World Class Travel. Because they are experienced travelers themselves they know the ins and outs of traveling. I would not hesitate in recommending them for your travel needs. read more

World Class Travel is simply the best! Terri and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been working with World Class Travel for a long time and would never consider using another agency. Not only have they helped us plan trips for just the two of us and family trips; Terri has sponsored group trips. The attention to the smallest detail insured our trips were wonderful. The wife and I took our 15 year anniversary trip between Christmas and New Years to Cancun. The agency did an excellent job with providing a list of varied and responsive recommendations and helping us to focus in on what was important to us for the trip. Once we settled on the Hard Rock Playa del Carmen, World Class Travel set up all of our activities and excursions including golf and sightseeing. Transportation was smooth and care free including the flight and shuttle to the hotel. Gretchen was a huge help in arranging an incredible trip. We received top notch service from the folks at World Class Travel! The organized an all inclusive trip to Mexico for us in August & a major hurricane hit Texas a few days before we were scheduled to fly out causing all sorts of problems with travel and canceled flights. We recently worked with Terri at World Class Travel in conjunction with our Celebrity cruise to Alaska. She helped us throughout the pre-cruise process, followed up on open items, handled reappropriating a cruise credit from a cancelled excursion, and checked in with us often to offer her services. Was first time using a travel agency to book our trip. Tried all of those internet travel places, and we found out that you get what you pay for. Experienced travel agents that help you make decisions on their experience to your destination because they have been there themselves. Ended up saving us hundreds of dollars on our hotel and airfare. We used the savings to go on a couple of excursions, that we have always wanted to do. read more
