They sent an old…read moreshuttle that had a broken speaker system, no air conditioning (on an 80 degree day), the seats were torn up and there were AC vents missing. One actually popped out and hit me in the head. We rented it to drive around for two hours and play music for my daughters birthday. We were so hot the girls cheeks were bright red and we were all sweating by the time we got home, we had to bring our own Bluetooth speaker, which kept losing connection and there was no ice for our water in the coolers but there was a beer bottle cap from the last customers. The bus was dirty and looked like it should have been retired. We were SO disappointed with the whole day. A fun birthday party turned into "when will we be home so we can get some air conditioning & some cold water!" I spoke with the manager the following week and she was full of excuses. They ended up refunding our money except for $100 to pay the driver. Sadly a refund doesn't change the extremely poor experience we had instead of a fun day. Awful experience. They should be embarrassed that this bus was still in their fleet. Don't believe the videos on the website. I wish I hadn't.
