It's 9:06 and there is still no one there and no one even called. I had to call and at this point the driver had no clue where he was. He then finally arrives and at this point it is 9:35. I gave the correct address over the phone but then they tried turning it back around on me saying I didn't clarify that it was said address but missing the "south" part. I did over the phone verify the entire address multiple times and it was repeated back to me the correct way. We had plans to take pictures and I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get this guy to the right place. When he does arrive he doesn't apologize or anything and we all get on the bus. He had no idea how to connect our music so AGAIN I had to reach out to Andrew for further assistance. We get the music going but the volume wouldn't work. At this point the driver is super annoyed when we were nothing but respectful and just wanted to get the music turned up. After we finally figure it out the driver is cussing at my friend because she asked him another question about how the system works. He purposely slammed on the brakes MULTIPLE TIMES on the way there and anyways I could go on but after reaching out to Andrew again he agreed that it was ridiculous and not professional at all and how he is always early for his rides. The owners solution was to give me the gratuity fee back of $125 mind you it was $750 for the night. Andrew went out of his way to offer my fiancé and I a ride to and from a restaurant of our choice to basically say sorry for not being able to do more than what Eric the owner could. It sucks I have to write this review and potentially hurt Andrew in this situation as he was nothing but helpful, but to only give me back $125 when my time was cut short anyways and the professionalism lacked completely is super upsetting to me.

One actually popped out and hit me in the head. We rented it to drive around for two hours and play music for my daughters birthday. We were so hot the girls cheeks were bright red and we were all sweating by the time we got home, we had to bring our own Bluetooth speaker, which kept losing connection and there was no ice for our water in the coolers but there was a beer bottle cap from the last customers. The bus was dirty and looked like it should have been retired. We were SO disappointed with the whole day. A fun birthday party turned into "when will we be home so we can get some air conditioning & some cold water!" I spoke with the manager the following week and she was full of excuses. They ended up refunding our money except for $100 to pay the driver. Sadly a refund doesn't change the extremely poor experience we had instead of a fun day. Awful experience. They should be embarrassed that this bus was still in their fleet. Don't believe the videos on the website. I wish I hadn't.
