I got the garlic crust and it still had minimal flavor. There is like two inches of dough with no cheese or sauce on it from the edges.

On our first night in town we placed a delivery order with Five Star Pizza and were pleasantly surprised! We got an XL buffalo chicken pizza, XL chicken bacon ranch, large cheese bread, garlic knots and cinnamon bread. When the delivery guy dropped off our pizzas, our mouths almost hit the floor with how HUGE the boxes were. That being said there were many nights on our vacation that we had a late night pizza snack waiting for us in the fridge. Haha! Everything was SO GOOD! The pizza and cheese bread were delicious. The garlic knots were out of the world. I can't explain how good they were. And the cinnamon bread matched that same energy. Literally 10 out of 10. Would get again if we come back to visit. I attended an event last night where a large pizza (19) order was placed with Five Star Pizza in Palm Coast FL. Based on the information provided, the delivery window was expected between 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Unfortunately, the order arrived more than 30 minutes late. When the pizzas were delivered, every box was cold, dark, hard, and unappetizing. The quality was extremely poor, and the pizza tasted like cardboard. Due to the extended delay, several parents were prepared to leave before eating (some did). The Director asked multiple times for everyone to remain so she would not be left responsible for getting rid of large order after it finally arrived. At that point, staff shifted their focus to feeding the children and families as quickly as possible, which understandably took priority over documenting the condition of the food. Unfortunately, no photos were taken. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this vendor for large orders in the future. It is possible the volume of the order exceeded their capacity to deliver in a timely manner while maintaining quality. I wanted to share this feedback for awareness and future planning. read more

Came here for the first time on Saturday and had a wonderful dinner! This is NOT 5 Star Pizza. This joint would't have gotten the single star but I wanted to leave a review. The previous two times we have ordered pizza here, it was horrible and even let the manager in on the poor quality. Didn't take the hint. Tried them again today and ordered their largest pizza with ground beef and pepperoni. Went to pick it up, opened it and looked at it. I showed it to my daughter and she had the look on her face of "You gotta be kidding me". It was pretty weak with toppings of pepperoni and chopped beef. I told the manager it wasn't up to par and they hadn't been in the past. He closed the box lid and informed me of the $35 price. It was the thickest pizza crust I'd ever had. Chewy and gooey. The pieces missing in photo are what my kids didn't want to eat. Manager should listen to feedback and adjust appropriately. Worse food of the month award. read more

My order was slightly wrong on what is I'm sure a busy Friday night with the holiday season happening. I called and was immediately without even asking transferred to the supervisor, who said hey, keep the item we duplicated instead of the item you were supposed to get AND we can refund you or send out the missing item and he was honest and said it would be a bit. My kids really love the garlic rolls, so I said we are willing to wait if you can resend it. The manager said no problem. The garlic rolls are going to take a little bit but we ended up with a free item and honestly the manager was so quick and easy to deal with. I know everywhere is busy because it's a Friday night right before the holidays and honestly he was calm and collected and we will continue to support this location because I didn't have to argue or complain. He saw they made a mistake, was honest about how long it would take and offered two solutions. Well done. read more

I understand being busy and overwhelmed however having an upbeat attitude and inviting your customers to feel comfortable ordering can change an entire experience. It didn't look appealing, and I don't particularly appreciate wasting food, but as soon as I ate it, it gave me a stomach ache. Don't be fooled by the name, it provides anything but 5 stars. Pizza was undercooked and foul, it had more dough then the Pillsbury doughboy, and I'm sure Chuck E. Cheese could provide better pizza then this. Garlic nots were greaser then James Russel Doane the 4th, and don't be fooled, he's a really really really really really really really greasy person, and were provided in a nice warm bath of grease filled garlic butter which didn't even coat the undercooked doughy garlic nots. I'm currently pooing my brains out writing this review. The pool of garlic grease butter was enough for about 60 roaches to have a pool party in and invite their extended family, including the creepy uncle Ben. We ordered pizza for delivery! The ordering process was easy online and they menu was easy to navigate! We ordered the family special of one large pizza, garlic knots, and a 2 liter of soda. The pizza was pretty large and as a family of 5 it fed us all with some left over. The sauce was authentic and fresh. The garlic knots were made with fresh bread and homemade garlic sauce. We ordered 2 pizzas garlic rolls and wings for delivery while visiting friends in PC and they did not disappoint! The pizza was delicious and arrived hot and gooey. Both the regular rust and thin crust were good. The garlic rolls came with marinara sauce and were drenched in melted butter and garlic, just how we like them. The wings were also delicious (medium) and came with ranch and blue cheese dips as well. We will definitely order again on our next trip. Sorry!
