I contacted Boise Home Painting and spoke to Aileen about getting an estimate for repainting my…read morekitchen cabinets and the interior of my entire home. She was extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with. After the estimate, we went forward with the project. Before the work began, the project manager, Shaun, called and scheduled a "job walkthrough" to go over all of the details of the work. He was very courteous and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Josh was the lead painter assigned to our project and he was patient, friendly and worked very hard to ensure things were done right. Ezekiel was also one of the painters who worked tirelessly and had a great attitude every day. At the beginning of the project, we had an issue with a paint color that did not match our swatch. Josh immediately called Shaun. Even though it was late in the afternoon, well past his workday hours, Shaun promptly arrived at our home. He brought seven different lighter shades of the gray paint we told him was too dark and he applied them to the walls in multiple locations until we found the right one. We REALLY appreciated this! At the end of the project, Chris, the owner of Boise Home Painting came out and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Being able to trust a company to do a great job when you're hundreds of miles away is priceless. They were professional, responsive, honest, and went above and beyond from start to finish.
