I had existing laminate. He said he could latch into it. He also said that he would replace one piece of cracked tile in my kitchen. Unfortunately there was a couple weeks delay because the laminate was shipped from Europe. So I wait. So they give me a call and tell me that they are ready to deliver to my house prior to the install. I think to get acclimated. So on Monday they start the work. I was to move all little things and they would move the big things because they didn't want to be liable. So I moved everything myself. I put things in my kitchen or on the existing laminate. As I'm looking through my indoor cameras. I see my cameras go blurry. I thought maybe it was a problem with wi fi. Then I figure it was them throwing plastic over it. So a couple of hours later. I see the camera angles are different. As if they moved them. Then an hour later. It's back in the original again. Again. I'm guessing they moved it back. As I'm at work and I can't watch the camera all the time. Then around 1pm. I try to watch the camera again and now it's off line. Which was strange because all other camera were on line. Fast forward. I get him and my camera is unplugged. This company is not trust worthy. Cameras in my house are set up for a reason. For untrustworthy people. This company is not untrustworthy but unprofessional. I went back through my cameras from earlier in the day prior to them unplugging them. I clearly see the men moving them and standing on a stool to do so. I called Sid. He said he was to call me back. Which I haven't received the call. The tile in my kitchen hasn't been replaced. The project manage said that as long as I had audio things should be good. Do not trust or hire this company. I'm telling any and everyone who listens. Now I have to think every day. Is something missing. When will I know. My cameras being unplugged and move is unacceptable in any scenario. I thought long and hard about leaving reviews. I've decided if this is their common practice. Beware.

She advised me to come down and look at the carpet options, pick one out then she would send a guy out to get measurements, then she would give me a quote. Okay cool. Guy finally showed up and got the measurements after A LOT of rescheduling due to always being told he'll be here between such and such time and then he would come at a completely different time (with no heads up). Of course, I wasn't home because I was given a different time frame! But again, okay not a huge deal, I used to work at a plumbing company so I understand sometimes the techs get to places early/late. Whatever. Now the real kicker, I FINALLY get a quote, pretty reasonable I think $864 for some nice carpet to install over some hardwood flooring..THEN miss Emma has the nerve to ask for FULL payment up front to do the job. That's right folks. I was being told to pay for installing BEFORE installation. I argue with her for awhile that NOBODY does this lady...a deposit I understand but nobody ever requires full payment prior to a job being done. She proceeds to tell me "sorry, this is what we do, we're 100% legit guaranteed, you know where our office is, our guys are trusting, etc"..once she sees I'm not falling for it she says "I'll talk to the manager" and comes back with "okay you can just pay for the carpet $726"..NOPE sorry lady you already lost my trust, bye Felicia! Don't trust ya no more. Called another flooring company immediately after and guy said "we don't even require a deposit, we just get a signature and you pay after the job is done". Yup! Thanks.
