The staff and owner were completely useless in correcting the issue and told us it's our problem and they'll remake the other half if we pay for it again. A bit pricier than other Chinese takeouts- for example, their small pork fried was $6.95 whereas other places charge for $6.50, egg rolls for $1.90 whereas other places charge you for $1.50. My family and I have been coming here for years for takeout. The food is always fresh and delicious and very rarely do they make an error.... At least in our experience. The service is quick and courteous as you enter, and the food is always ready fast. It is not a restaurant that you done in at though, takeout only. Oh, they absolutely earned a zero-star rating, but unfortunately, reviews don't go that low. A restaurant that messes up your order and then shrugs off the mistake like it's YOUR problem? That's not just bad service, it's outright disrespect. I Ordered food and 1/2 my order was missing. Drove to the restaurant and they would not give me a refund nor make the order while I waited. I found a long black hair in my food, I was so grossed out, threw it out right away! Called next day after work and they wouldn't give me a refund, wanted to see the food! If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered late on a Monday night. By the time I got home and got settled I noticed my food was wrong. They're closed on Tuesday's. I called on a Wednesday explaining the situation. Told the owner I have proof (the menu that they circled with what I was supposed to get, my call log showing I called several times but no one answered just because they were closed, and a time stamped picture with the date in my phone). He told me to bring the food back and he will give me new food.... Why would I have food that I don't want sitting in my fridge for 2 days? I threw it away. He proceeds to call me a liar because he didn't see that I called. Then he switches and tells me he sees my call but I still should have called before they closed because I had enough time.... I don't live close to the place and I have kids. By the time I got settled to take time for myself, that's when I noticed my food was wrong. Regardless I have proof, but the owner wasn't trying to hear it. He kept shouting at me so I hung up. The owner called me BACK just to continue to yell at me and call me a liar! Unprofessional! this establishment has delivered to me in the past. just called in an order and was given a hard time because there was no such address. she said she saw an 8 Ambassador Drive, not an 8A. it's a condo complex with 16 units under the number 8. I'm a tourist in this town for a quick 5 days stay. I absolutely love this Chinese take out restaurant . I believe you can dine in too if you want but I have noticed most people get their take out. I ordered mo goo gai pan and sparerib tips with chicken fried rice. Very satisfied with what I order. The food tastes fresh and delicious. Price is very reasonable(ridiculously cheap) The portion is perfect and I really like the chicken FR , it has the "wokhei' tastes that cantonese people always described . I plan to stop by again before I leave this town. And by the way, the staffs are very friendly which is a plus. read more

One is too good for what we received tonight, but it wont let you rate zero stars. So, so, so awful! We have ordered from them in the past and they are very inconsistent, but tonight was in-edible! We ordered General Tso's Chicken & Happy Family. They were both super oily, and tasted like fish. The sauces were nothing like what they should taste like, it was terrible. We asked for our $ back & the guy erupted. He came back to the house on our request to take back both orders, but only my took back & refunded us for one. I work at a local business and everyone here orders from this Chinese place. Great food for the most part. What really bother me was that the delivery guy came and said he wanted no tip but a free service , I told him we don't do that here and he got really mad and yelled and drove off. Very disappointing, low grade Americanized Chinese food, and it was sadly cheep. Had sweet and sour chicken, just tiny pieces of chicken overly breaded and fried to death. No vegetables, just a platter of breading fried. With sauce on the side, not even good. On the plus side though, the canned Diet Coke was excellent. Stay away. I was sick and needed some won ton soup and pork fried rice - the standard go to. Since United China was closed on Monday, I had my husband pick up an order of each here. Based on reviews, I didn't think it could be that bad. Wrong! The fried rice was so greasy (old oil?) that it upset both our stomachs and we had to take TUMS to feel any sense of relief. The soup was cold, bland and didn't have many won tons. I chalked it up to experience and wasn't going to write a review....until I saw the bill on the C.C. $7+ change!?! For that??? Writing this to bump this rating from the measly 3-star, 2 year old sole review. To clarify, yes the menu says no MSG but never in my 5 years of ordering have I had a language-barrier experience. Also, even if you do, if you are expecting much more from a Chinese take-out joint, you're a bit delirious. None of the take-out is outstanding in this area and this is the top among the mediocre. They are consistently extremely polite, from ordering to picking up to delivery, very fast, have yet to mess up an order and give free drinks if you order something over $30. read more
