Very professional from the very beginning. I didn't have any problems inquiring and booking my event. They corresponded with me mostly thru email, which was convenient for me (since I had my phone with me at all times) and they were prompt with their responses. I also liked that they sent a confirmation a day or so before the event to confirm back drop, colors / theme and layout of the photo. Loved how they made the layout match our "mustache bash" theme and even match our colors! They were early on the day of the event to set up. They were nice enough to suggest And offer me to use our natural location as a back drop (Pearl Harbor) it was a beautiful view...it turned out great!! They were friendly and my guests had a great time taking pictures and even going back for more. I'd definitely booked them again :))

Or want to share instantly, not an issue we could TEXT it to ourselves! One of the best parts was the custom photo background they created to match our Food Service Week celebration. It added such a special touch! We also received a digital gallery after the event, which made it easy to share the memories. Their staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made sure everyone had a great time and even helped pose some of the larger groups to fit into the frame just right. From start to finish, the service was seamless, and they handled everything from setup to breakdown with zero stress on our part. Highly recommend Snapshots for any event!

There was also a very efficient system of returning props into a box after your photo so that the attendant can rearrange them back onto the table. I selected the luxe package with snow white background that came with 2 template designs. Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful. It would take multiple attempts of reaching out to finally get a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone as it lacks professionalism and quality of service.

I'm so glad to have booked with them for our Wedding in December 2022 right before Christmas (so glad they were available). I have been waiting to work with them all year, I also wanted to make sure I supported local (and to support a friend from high school - many of our vendors went to our high school and are in the event/party planning business, so we wanted to support them all as well). Hazel is great to work with, the process to book with her was through her website, she had the best communication from start to finish with emails about our wedding, theme and everything. So professional and quick to work with. We booked Photo Perfect Hawaii for three hours and it was honestly money well spent for everything that was included. Hazel customized our template designs, which matched our wedding invites perfectly! Our photos were in such great quality, her props are the seriously the cutest (they're actually my fave props I've ever seen at a Photo Booth so far) and the backdrops are gorgeous! She gave us our photos and a USB with all the photos at the end of the night and was also quick with sending us a link online to share with family and friends. How awesome! Definitely will be working again with Hazel and her team for our next event!! Thank you again Photo Perfect Hawaii! You helped us make our wedding a memorable one with all of the photos to keep as memories. :)

The best part in my opinion is the high quality photos you get in the print AND the downloadable pics they send to you right after your event. I love being able to have them on my phone to share with my family & friends or even print out in a bigger size later! Hands down the best photo booth I've ever used
