I was super excited to try it out for dinner and knew I wanted the garlic chicken sandwich. We pulled up on a Wednesday evening and it was completely dead. No problem... We walk in and there's a woman working at the register with both AirPods in, engaged in a conversation (in Spanish). We make direct eye contact, I smile, she looks at me and walks to the back, with no body language or expression, to continue her conversation. We wait 90 seconds to review the menu, she does not return, but can hear her conversation. A simple, "I'll be right with you." or "Give me a moment." would have been great but we got nothing so we walk out. As we walk out, we see her return to behind the register (still on the phone - still no inkling that she had any interest in helping customers). I can't even recall experiencing a complete disregard for helping customers or making a sale. Maybe business is booming and they don't need our money... This was pretty disappointing so we took our dinner order elsewhere, in the same shopping center. Oh well...

After waiting in an empty restaurant for 8 minutes, one of the cooks offers to take my order. I asked him if he was capable of ringing my order up why he waited so long. None of the 3 employees could answer. I told them I spoke Spanish and at the very least they could have started cooking my breakfast burrito several minutes prior. Cashier was still in restroom. I walked out and tried the Irvine location the following week. Service was equally haphazard at that location.
