Expensive for now reason. I haven't been here in many years. What a big difference. The burgers had a fresh taste, the fries were addicting. The fries use to have two sizes, they now have three. We each got the regular, it had to be a small it was in a bag, for over $6 I should have been more. The burger had no taste, the burger at Red Robin taste better. The brown bags were so wet they burst open, thank goodness they put them in the plastic bag. (The fries had just came out the grease, so it shouldn't have went straight in a bag anyway. Very disappointed in my experience and the taste of the food. For almost $20 for just a burger and a "regular" fries it's not worth it. read more

I decided to stop in for a quick lunch while shopping. The restaurant is easy to locate, and has plenty of parking. The service was quick, and the staff was very friendly. I was immediately greeted when I approached the counter. I ordered a grilled cheese with a patty, and fry. My food was ready in about 10 mins. Everything was accurate and hot ! The ambiance was very pleasant as well. There's plenty of seating. They have both high and low top tables to accommodate everyone. The area was very clean and spacious. Disappointed with Accuracy - Not Worth the Price Ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and NO mayo and fried through the app. Got home, checked my food, and surprise--mayo all over it and yellow, wilted lettuce. For the price point, attention to detail should be a given. It's a simple order, and yet they messed it up. If I wanted my food wrong, I could've gone to a cheaper place. They don't like to give you fries at the Waldorf Location. 5 Guys is known for giving a ton of fries. I went to the Waldorf location once in December and once today. The shorted me on the fries both times. I understand the system and they actually have an overpour bowl to measure the extra fries that wont fit in the cup. At other locations they give 2 overpour bowls for large fries, at the Waldorf location they don't fill the cup and they only give one overpour bowl for a large and they don't fill that. Potatoes must be expensive and in short supply given the way they are giving them out at the Waldorf 5 guys. read more

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fried on the phone. Requested they be ready for pickup at 12:30. Showed up and the guy waiting on me looked at me like I was some alien. I thought uh-uh. He finally figured out it was still being made. This allowed me a few minutes to dig into the the free peanuts. The man called me up and said the order was ready. Time 12:32. He actually turned out to be ok, maybe he was just have a bad moment. I Got home and found the food to be fantastic. The burgers were cooked just right, condiments were perfect, and fries were overflowing. I'm sitting here writing this and I feel like I'm going to pop, and I still have fries left. Possibly the best fast food burgers on the planet! I always get the cheeseburger (two patties) with grilled onions/mushrooms and ketchup. The burger is cooked fresh, juicy, well seasoned, and of course, is very delicious. Five Guys always gives you more fries than you need. But, trust me, they are so good, you'll end up eating them all. F/G have other foods they sell, so there is variety for everyone plus the standard drinks. So, do yourself a favor: take your family to Five Guys. You'll thank me later. read more

Burgers were great and naturally received a huge amount of fries. The crew did deliver my order in error and kindly offered my condiments on the side. We did have to clean our table and I noticed several other tables requiring the same; but hey, the floors looked clean. I'll be back as Five Guys is one of my favorite burger joints. This is my one of my favorite restaurants in Waldorf. They give you A LOT of food for a low price.

I haven't been to Five Guys in quite a while, so I decided to stop through a couple of weeks ago. For years Five Guys has been one of my favorite places to go for burgers, but this particular time the quality I remembered was not there. I ordered a Cheeseburger All-the-Way and Cajun Fries. The burger, which I had remembered being so large before, was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger patty and was undercooked. To their credit, there were plenty of toppings (still delicious) and the fries are still great! Perhaps it was just an off day. I'll give them another chance and let you know how it goes. read more

Best Five guys experience I've had in awhile. Burgers were fast, fresh and well cooked. Only knock on this store is it's off the road tucked away in a strip mall. Pretty sure they would get much more business if store were closer to road (major traffic corridor) OR if there were good signage out on the road. read more

My wife ordered food and used the ladies room while waiting. She was the only one in the store. Employees started beating on the door so they could clean the bathroom. When she came out the employees were laughing at her and speaking Spanish. She was so upset she forgot her phone. Called the restaurant and the manager asked around but no one had seen her phone bused find my iPhone and it was at the place. We went back and asked the manager directly and he said it was not there. We had been calling and pinging the phone for and hour. I told them I was going to call the police and the assistant manager said he had it and "didn't hear the manager ask him about it". We got our food and a call from the owner for some free food. I love 5 guys. My husband and I was craving 5 guys for dinner tonight and my husband especially loves the fries. He orders our burgers and fries and then they tell him after ordering that they are out of fries. He called me pissed. If you know that people usually get fries with their burgers, then why didn't you post a sign on the door to warn people that you are out of fries! At least say it when they approach the register! I was really looking forward to those cajun fries with my burger! Get it together 5 guys! We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait in the restaurant. We ended up waiting 30 minutes AND the order was incomplete, and then incorrect when we mentioned the fries were missing. We paid beforehand and the cashier didn't even know how to give us a refund, so now we have to go back tomorrow to receive a refund. Simply the best burgers in town and Five Guys was recently voted #1 burger in the nation. Fresh ingredients, hand made, never frozen patties, and that famous grease soaked brown bag. The only downside and I really don't even look at it as a negative is it does take about 5-10 minutes to get your food, but that is because everything is made to order. I just enjoy a soda and some peanuts until it's ready. Also, here is a tip for new customers, if it is only you or you and a date, only order a regular order of fries, there is enough in the bag to comfortably feed 2-4 people. Upsizing to the large is a waste of money and food because you won't finish them all. read more

Love to eat there, but things have changed! I went in on two separate occasions. The first time the fries were burned almost to a crisp, which I took back. I went another time and ordered three burgers and a fry. I also, ordered a separate fry and there were hardly any fries in the bag. You pay almost $5 for fries and get a cup with seven fries scattered in the bag. Totally ridiculous, I have been going to that particular Five Guys since they opened. Not sure where the hamburger bun had been, but it was too hard/stale to bite. Cheese didn't even melt on my burger, and the fries were warm and undercooked. I waited long enough for my order for the food to be piping hot!! Now I remember why I've only been here once before, years ago. Can't say I'll patronize this location again.
